Personally, looking at the optics park, now I would take the d750 for work, this is my personal opinion and my experience. And here the question is more than a DSLR or a mirrorless, which does not have a single unambiguous solution. You have not set any goals, objectives, or your experience, etc. You need to think about the camera and the system as a whole, about the optics in the first place.
If we compare abstractly without taking into account optics and purpose, then the Sony A7 III is certainly an order of magnitude better in terms of convenience, technology, AF and more.
The Sony A7 III is the best-selling camera in many markets today for its versatility, convenience and features. Here is a camera stub, excellent focusing, wide DD, excellent 4K video with AF, etc. Note that this is a modern camera.
