Yes... Photographic equipment has already begun to look like a glamorous toilet... Where is all this going...
In response to current design trends. In general, it is quite in the spirit and style of Canon of many recent years: inflated, smooth, rounded, streamlined shapes. They remind me of something like android robots, but plastic :)
I have been paying attention to this for a long time, and each system has its own special style and each manufacturer follows its own line. And that's good, variety.
This is nonsense... Reminds me of children's toys... Apparently they will be the same inside. They just stand like an airplane...
Ergonomics and minimalism are a global trend
Cameras of this type/class are purchased by those who know exactly why they are doing it and what this device will give them.
They always stood +/- the same, no matter whether it was Canon or Nikon.
Those who are surprised at the price don’t take it.
One more flagship, one less... For some it’s definitely relevant, for others it’s not. As an ordinary photo enthusiast, I would like companies to release something archaic: a camera with a full-frame matrix and a small black-and-white screen for basic functions (ISO, shutter speed, aperture readings, color and monochrome modes, frame size and quality, and an exposure correction scale This camera may not even have a screen, but instead it will have a digital viewfinder. A couple of buttons (shutter, button for switching between menu levels and a rotary wheel).
Let there be some kind of mount for mirrorless cameras.
No one cares about enthusiasts except Leica. But I personally will never scratch a Leica.
