    One more pancake)

What is the point in dark interchangeable lenses with a focal length of 18 mm for cropped mirrorless?
A regular zoom like 18-50 mm already has this focal length.
Well, if you make a compact cover replacement, then the range of 12, 13 or 14 mm is more interesting.
With an aperture of 6,3, it is quite possible to make from 6 lenses, like this subject.
Though there will be a width for the landscape and architecture.

    • B. R. P.

Nevertheless. 12-14 is already wide for a plug. For landscape and architecture for $60?)))

Pancake Bright Star 23 mm / 5,6 for a full mirrorless frame has five lenses in the scheme (one aspherical)
        Angle 83,3° and price $98
As a consumer, it's more interesting for me to have a pancake lens that will be noticeably wider than the standard zoom.

Everyone has been responding to the needs of consumers for a long time ... As long as demand does not form supply.

I liked the previous version (also 18/6.3, but without the ability to focus). When there are no specific tasks for the day, I hang it on the camera. In some strange way, this format encourages you to take a walk and take a picture.

A good shirokokutnik and even lighter at all times costing a lot of pennies. And so the black Chinese “miracle” is unlikely to be popular. Yakbi aperture bula wanting to be 4 and trohi less focal length, it would not have gone anywhere else. The same aperture is fast)) I understand that for the rahunok of which the least amount of space has been reached. Everything that is added to that object, all that is yogo vaga))

And why didn't they do it for the micro?

    what's a pip? ;-))

Have one on a X-E2 Fuji and its a great little combination for street photography. The combo can be easily concealed in the hand and isn't intimidating when pointed towards a subject.
Using zone focusing you can literally pick the camera up point and shoot.

The lens itself has some serious vignetting (easily corrected in post) and isn't particularly sharp especially towards the corners but thats part of its artistic charm.
