Material prepared Arkady Shapoval.
There is a similar one under Sony FE, it was reviewed by Marik Alkhadev.
Sharpness is already decent in the open. Contrast is good open.
There are HA in the sharpness zone on the open, but there are few of them. There are also very few HA in the blur zone
Bokeh at short distances is normal, but starting from growing distances, it noticeably degrades. There is both doubling and degradation of the glare shape. Stopping the aperture slightly improves the situation, but even at /2,8 the nature of the background blur is sloppy and uneven.
Glare resistance is mediocre, but we've seen worse.
In short, a normal poltos without pretensions to “artistic”.
This lewdness costs $420, a new native 50 1.8 z now costs $496 on b&h
Who in their right mind would buy this?
But what, have people already accumulated enough common sense? Here they will buy
