EGF 40mm f / 2.8 for 800 yusd on a dead system? Great joke (s)
Still on sale, so I'm alive. Most likely it will turn out to be another pentax
and it's not even OLYMPUS anymore :)
Dear Alexey Shch, besides, you are not attentive! We are talking about the OM SYSTEM M.Zuiko Digital 20mm 1:1.4 PRO, as you can see the lens aperture is 1,4, not 2,8.
In skillful and correct hands, the 4/3 micra will sparkle with all its facets.
In terms of equivalent depth of field, it is really 40/2.8 (in terms of EGF and ED). It shoots perspectively and according to depth of field like a 40 2.8 full frame. And you can take good pictures with a peephole - this is not an argument that needs to be used to directly evaluate the capabilities of the photographic equipment itself
Does it produce bokeh like 2.8 or like 1,4?
Like 40/2.8 at full frame.
Not cheap glass, not bad, but still very controversial.
