There was so much talk about the death of the EOS M system, and the Chinese, as if nothing had happened, more and more lenses are being released for this system. Of course, as the owner of the m50 is very happy, the camera is already omnivorous (a bunch of adapters for third-party optics have been released), so the fleet of optics for the native mount is also growing.

    • Arkady Shapoval

Canon itself does not develop the system, APS-C Canon RF will be released soon, after which the EOS M will die

  • Victor

Curiously, direct to both ours and yours)) A full-frame lens, released in addition to full-frame systems also for systems with exclusively crop models (such as eos m and fuji x)
The price tag, taking into account the pedigree pedigree))) Around $ 100 ... $ 150 would be the norm.

    • B. R. P.

It would be nice to be 100-150 ... but doubtful. Full frame, af, TT!

      • Arkady Shapoval

Considering that there are 50 of them 1.2 was around $ 80, it is quite possible that this one will be around $ 150

        • Sergei

in the fuji system there is an excellent budget fix xc35f2 for 199 dollars which is faster, and also a native fujinon. So this lens makes no sense even in a difference of 50 bucks for a fuji system.

          • Oleg

            he is full frame

            • Sergei

and what does this change in the context of the fuji system I have described? for other systems can be an interesting low cost option.

          • Arkady Shapoval

most likely they are testing Fuj autofocus for future solutions, so that everything at once. If the price tag is around 100 (I'm now expecting $ 99), then it's quite an option

  • B. R. P.

I wonder what the af will be? Yong-like or nanotech?)

    • Arkady Shapoval

By the way, all the yongs have stm motors under the bzk and the focus is very much even to themselves

      • B. R. P.

        This makes me happy)

  • UstasFritZZZ

If the price tag is above 200 bucks, then it's a dark miracle right into the trash heap.

    • Arkady Shapoval

      I expect a $ 99 price tag

    • Victor

The price tag is unlikely to be more than the well-proven sigma 30 / 2.8 - sharp, cheap, compact. It cost just 200.

$ 99, of course, I would like to, but ...))))

  • Sandro

    Interesting lens for canon RP.
In a pair to the native 16mm.

  • duxter

Strange choice of focal length and price. In the US, it may still make some sense for $ 150, but in the EU it is sold for 200 euros - and 250 is the native Nikon 28mm / 2.8, against its background the TTArtisan AF 32mm F2.8 looks pointless.

  • Vlad

As far as a day ago, such a one came with Ali. Cost $105 for sale on 11.11

Stub works, eye AF works. Focuses fairly quickly, not silently, but quite quietly. Very nice body: all metal, except for the lens hood. Compact, but not particularly light. The picture is sharp, the corners float on the open. Weak glare protection - catches a bunch of glare in the backlight

The first impression is sooo worthy glass for its money. Let me remind you: this is the cheapest autofocus lens for Nikon BZK, also full-frame, and also fixed 32

    • Arkady Shapoval

      thanks for the tip

      • Vlad

By the way, the weight is about 200 grams. 411 - this is probably with packaging
