Is the optical design changed from the old DG HSM?
Yes, they changed
As I understand it, there is no version for Nikon Z and is not expected ... Only today I ordered a 35mm F / 1.8 S in a Nikon store, I have to pick it up on Friday, and here is such a thing from Sigma.
Lenses from Sigma and Tamron will be for Nikon Z, there was an announcement from these manufacturers. But when is unknown.
Didn't know - thanks.
Native 35ka from Nikon is good.
So you made the right decision)
I use Sigma 18-35 / 1.8 DC HSM Art. When buying, I was afraid that I would have to adjust through the docking station. But all the rules and the lens are very satisfied.
Well, thank God, otherwise I did not sleep at night, I was worried all over ...: D
