  • Lesha

    > Price around $ 6.000 per body

    damn it, moderately.
    cheapest digital medium format?

    • Victor

      Why the same?

50 stands in the region of 3800-3900.

      • Lesha

        I brake, what is 50ka?

        • Victor

          Gfx 50s

          • Lesha

exactly, I saw it, but I forgot the name

            • Victor

Actually, 50mp on “under-sf” is the golden mean.

On a hundred, too small a pixel comes out, something at the level of 26-28MP crop cameras.

And such huge files are really needed by units.

              • Pokemon

                "Under-sf" "
Victor, please list the modern cameras with matrices 6x6, 6x7, 6x9.
All currently released SF cameras have the same format as the Fujai GFX50 / 100.

              • Victor

When I wrote "nedo-sf", I deliberately put it in quotation marks so that Pokémon would not draw attention to this, but he did sharpen it :-)

                Now a couple of points:
                - I somewhere stated in the text that among the existing "SF" there are larger matrices? Nevertheless, they are, phaze one at your service, quite relevant, although not 6x9.

-you will not argue that this is exactly "under" SF, because the size of the sensor is SIGNIFICANTLY different from the sub-frame sensors, and the result? I think no.

                Still have questions?

              • Pokemon

"Phaze one at your service, quite relevant, though not 6x9."
There, too, as you put it "under SF" - a picture in the attachment.
                *
"-You will not dispute that this is exactly" under "SF, because the size of the sensor is still SIGNIFICANTLY different from the sub-frame sensors, and the result?"
The difference in the area of the GFX50 / 100 is 1.7 times larger than the ff matrices.
                Perhaps this is insignificant, yes.
The result (for my little money) is also very good - everyone liked how many pictures I saw.

              • Victor

Of course, I suspected that you were a literary expert, but I did not think so. Not scary, me too :-)

                Now, in order:

                - "there is also nedosf"

“There” the sensor size is already much closer to the classic 6x4.5, and, mind you, you originally stated that all the released models have the same sensor format as on the gfx series. Now you are convinced that this is not the case.

                - "the area is 1.7 times larger than this hoo"
                - "as much as I saw - I liked everyone"

Not indicators ever. There is a 2.3 times difference between ff and crop, and in good hands crop often gives a better picture than in ff curves. On the favorite photo, the arguments and “blind” guessing about where, as a result, people were pointing their fingers at the sky for a long time did not subside.

                - "result for your little money"

Well, I don’t know who, of course, but for an average user from the former CIS, even 4k dollars, the money is still noticeable, given that the difference between popular fullframes of 1,5-2k dollars and this "nedosf" is very homeopathic. Wanguyu, in blind tests you will not guess at all, even on a dispute, what was filmed for.

And the optics? And the dimensions?

In general, in aggregate, including the important ratio of cost / image quality, the fullframe holds the optimal position.

              • Pokemon

                > ”“ There ”the sensor size is already much closer to the classic 6x4.5, and, mind you, you originally stated that all the released models have the same sensor format as the gfx series. Now you are convinced that this is not the case. "
                Yes, I was convinced, thanks.
I would not say that 6x4.5 is a classic SF. For example, I met an assertion on one of the English-language sites, with reference to some engineer Fuji, that they designed their 6x4.5 film films as ... reporter cameras and tried to bring them closer to 35mm / 135 cameras. For me, the classic SF is 6x6, 6x7, 6x8, 6x9.
                > ”Not indicators even once. "
                > "Because the size of the sensor is SIGNIFICANTLY different from the sub-frame sensors"
It depends. The difference is still more than 1.5 times.
                > "Well, I don't know who, of course, but for an average user from the former CIS, even 4k dollars, the money is still noticeable, given that the difference between popular fullframes of 1,5-2k dollars and this" nedosf "is very homeopathic. "
And here I see "changing shoes" in a jump.
You recently claimed that the Sony A1 has an adequate price of $ 6500.
                Those. $ 6500 per ff is adequate, and $ 3700 (GFX50R) or $ 4750 (GFX50S) is
                “The money is still noticeable”.
Here you also need to add Canon R5 with its price in Russia at $ 4850 to complete the picture :)
And then in my phrase “the result for my little money” - I meant “small” matrices for this format. Everyone is used to the fact that SF is expensive and unaffordable. However, SF Fuji relatively new FF products are generally tolerable money.

              • Victor

“For whom how” - well, of course, for whom how. Someone and the difference between micro and medium format will not find. Here we are talking about people who are spinning in the field of photography, and it was these people who wondered on the coffee grounds. I suppose there is a small chance that you are a unique person and immediately read the difference up to the real exiphe, in which case I take off my hat :-)

                And further.
Of course, there is no "jump shoe" © here.

Both p5, and even more so Sony, are top-end cameras with advanced photo and video (!) Capabilities, and the gfx50 in terms of level takes an average position between p6 and pn, rather.

I suppose you are familiar with the prices for gf optics too?

                Let's compare, for example, Fuj 110/2 and canon 85 / 1.4lis or nikkor 85 / 1.4g?

                Or, say, 45 / 2.8 and a mass of 35 / 1.4 (not to mention 35/2 is?)

              • Pokemon

“Gfx50 in terms of level occupies an average position between p6 and pn, rather.
Nevertheless, 4K on Fuji GFX50 / 100 is filmed, and for some reason most of those who came across.
I am interested in photo opportunities. No video. SF as a system for shooting video is at least strange.
"I assume you are familiar with the prices for gf optics too?"
Under the GFX you can find adapters for old film SF lenses of other systems.
For a start, I would have had enough: Fujifilm GF 32-64mm f / 4 R LM WR and
Fujifilm GF 45-100mm F4 R LM OIS WR
                "Let's compare,"
Let's not? For Caesar is Caesar's, and it is incorrect for a locksmith to compare it to a locksmith, because you can find expensive glass on a micro.
This is a comparison of sour and soft, and if you compare, then with the same lenses under Canon RF or Sony G, or Nikon Z and still it is wrong.

              • Victor

"Still 4K is being filmed on Fuji GFX50"

Oh, these Japanese, well, magicians. They shoot 4K with a camera that can only 1080/30. Wonders.

                "GFX100"
Yes, maybe I'll pretend I believed about the Japanese. However, the vast majority of videographers around the world still work with m4 / 3 and one and a half crop. It's strange why. Maybe they should be told about the existence of such a cool camera? :)

“SF as a system for filming video is at least strange”

I agree that it was possible to start with this. Not because the picture is bad, but because it is more difficult to implement it all, in the end we have what we have multiplied by the cost.

"Under GFX you can find adapters for old film SF lenses of other systems"

                Can. Non-autofocus, of course.

                “For a start, I would have had enough: Fujifilm GF 32-64mm f / 4 R LM WR”

Excellent. Analogue 24-70 (only 24-50, but these are trifles) and one and a half times more expensive (these are also trifles for a simple Soviet amateur)

We need to think about what can be thinner focus. Sigma 20-35. But it comes out as much as four times lighter and three times (!) Cheaper.

                "Let's not?"

Come on. I didn’t start this hurdy-gurdy about “accessible folk medium format”.

I guess it's not worth asking a completely rhetorical question, why are you still not with the gfx100 fuj and a set of zoom lenses for it, right?)

"For some reason, most of those who came across."

And this is not a hurdy-gurdy. This is an affordable folk medium format.
And it will be noticeable with each new FF camera, or rather the price for it.
“I guess it’s not worth asking a completely rhetorical question, why you still don’t have the gfx100 fuj and a set of zoom lenses for it, right?)”
Because it has not grown to SF. Again, the opportunity to go to any of the GFX50S / 50R was within six months. But, alas, the crown ate money, or rather the treatment of the whole family, and plus I still did not grow up to SF. This chamber will be gathering dust.
And the GFX100 is not needed. I can make money on it, like many people on Radozhiv, if they want to, but I really don't need a camera at the price of a small car.

"100ka is quite capable of 4K"

In principle, you don’t read to the end what you are answering?)
You wrote about the fact that at 50-100 they shoot 4k, I replied that 50, in principle, 4k does not know how, and practically no one can shoot for a hundred (practically - because you mentioned some Japanese), because it is expensive and most importantly unprofitable and in general, no one needs, because the video is weak.

"I really don't need a camera at the price of a small car"

This means that you still don't have money for it, just like me :-) I can also pull money out of the budget right now for it, without any loans, but this (for me) will be an absolutely unnecessary and unjustified purchase, therefore "no money".

I spent some of the money on something I could not refuse: I bought a rare Fuji S3Pro Blue edition (S3Pro_256) in excellent condition, a boxed 1Ds_mk2 (second 1Ds_mk2) came from Japan now with a mileage of less than 10.000 frames and a Canon 28-70 / 2.8L was also bought ...

              • Hair dryer

If you see samples from this camera, you will understand that there really is a difference and it is very noticeable, these are honest 100MP, there are no analogues in this camera in detail. Although, what can I say - even the previous generation with 50MP made it clear that this is not at all the same as 50MP in full frame. Full-frame cameras, of course, for most users will be a more optimal and reasonable choice, but there is no denying that Fuji sets a new level of quality and, I note, there are no more DSLRs in the body, which we recently carried with us with great pleasure.

    • Sergei

Yeah, there used to be a Pentax for rogue, now there will be Fujik.

      • Lesha

        everyone should be so wandering!
Well, well, yes, only normal guys
digital Hassel is filming what is already there

  • Boris

Norm. device for quality printing. 60x80 canvases, spreads of photobooks, posters - it’s just that. There are still not 100 "honest" megapixels, but somewhere around 40, if you reduce the picture to per-pixel sharpness.

    • Hair dryer

If you see photos from this camera, then you will understand - there are exactly 100 honest MPs.

      • Victor

Only Flacon has “honest” megapixels, but on black and white Lei.

By definition, any bayero-like structure cannot have honest, declared megapixels.

        • Victor

          Bottle = Foveona :-)

          Autocorrect.

        • Hair dryer

By honest megapixels, in this case, I mean the objective quality of the picture and its detail in the first place - looking at the photos from this camera, one cannot wish for the best, for landscape and subject people this is the ultimate dream.

          • Victor

No, well, the detailing there will undoubtedly be very high. But up to 100 real MP is still far away :)

            • Hair dryer

Perhaps if you delve into deep technical nuances, but if you visually evaluate even the last generation with 50MP and 50MP in full frame, then the difference is noticeable immediately, and this camera is generally surprising, we are waiting for detailed tests :)

      • Boris

The Imaging Recource website has full resolution examples from the first GFX100. There is no pixel sharpness and for some reason the pictures from the GFX50 look sharper at 100%. But still, these Fujiki are an excellent option for breaking phones with a 108 megapixel camera))))

        • twm

          > and for some reason the pictures from the GFX50 look sharper
The question is quite obvious, but I will leave it: 50 and 100 were compared on one lens?

PS I myself am not chasing some kind of ultimatum harshness: in my favorite portrait it (personally to me) is not required. But the landscape results with the GFX100 were impressive.

          • twm

            > Ultimate sharpness
            detail *

        • Victor

Well, with the same lens and 100% magnification, it is quite obvious that with a less megapixel camera, photos will look sharper :)

  • Andrei

Arkady, please add to the topics with GFX lenses from other manufacturers of the GF mount, useful point, kmk.

      Added. But apart from

      Irix 45mm f / 1.4
      Mitakon 65mm F / 1.4
      Mitakon 85mm F / 1.2
      Laowa 15mm F / 4.5 Shift
      Laowa 17mm f / 4

I don’t know others with native Fuji G mount
