  • Pavel Gorbunov

    Now Reading: PEREGAR 7,5 mm f / 2,8 ...

  • Victor

Most likely, this is another variation on the Samyang theme. If the corners of the frame are not very messy, then, in principle, you can use it.

    • Arkady Shapoval

This PerGear has nothing to do with Samyang.
Most likely this is a copy Andoer 7.5 / 2.8 Fisheye

      • Victor

        But it's true - Samyang has a 7.5mm f / 3.5 ...

Why do I start a conversation at all - Korean fishies give a picture in stereographic projection. In simple terms, they capture more space and less bend lines at the edges. I can even write a whole article for you about these projections, a very interesting topic :)

          Write, it will be great

Information for the curious - this lens is actually produced by the Chinese company Xingyao, in English this brand is called Brightin Star, which has already released the second version for $ 130. It is also produced and sold in China itself under the Kamlan and 7 Artisans brands. The first version of the lens in China sells for $ 75, which might be a good price for such a lens. Personally, I didn't get my hands on Chinese lenses, but they will soon reach, at least I'll try them in my Fujifilm and unsubscribe if possible. But personally, I suspect that such a simple, surely reliable, interesting focal length and cheap lens can do a lot for the photographer.

        У 7Artisans 7.5mm F / 2.8 Fish-eye scheme 11/10, this Pergear 9/8, Brightin star - 11 / 9

This is surprising, or simply does not indicate correctly. They even look like two drops of water. Or there are small modifications, like the first or second version. Something like this ... Or I read it wrong and they all decided in unison to “fill” this immense market - 7,5mm F2,8 Fish-eye. By the way, changing a little of the scheme seems to be not very difficult. For example, at first they released with large elements, and then they optimized and released other versions with reduced elements, after all, other brands of parts did this. But the design was not changed, since this is already a mechanical part and the circulation is of great importance here at such a low retail price of the product. How else to explain that these lenses are not even one iota different from supposedly different manufacturers?

          • Arkady Shapoval

In fact, they differ by an iota
