Material prepared Arkady Shapoval.
Recently TT Artisan released another 50mm / 0,95 full frame for mirrorless cameras.
The competition in this fashion segment (super-high-speed fifty dollars) has intensified.
And Mitakon makes its move - 0,95 for full-frame DSLRs.
But it would be more interesting if the competition took a different path.
Aperture 0,9 or 0,85 for mirrorless cameras.
PS DS Volosov designed and produced several copies of his Record-4 50 mm / 0,9 rangefinder lens at the end of the 60s.
There are already a lot of mirrorless 0.95, there are wider ones, but for SLR - only this Mitacon and Canon 50 / 1.0 (the difference between 1.0 and 0.95 is minimal).
And for mirrorless crop there is already a modern Kipon Ibelux 40/0.85
I really thought there would be nothing like that for DSLRs ...
Nice modern design, somewhat similar to Jupiter-37. Is the rear lens made of uranium glass?
