Well done Koreans somehow managed to get a license for the camera and lens exchange protocol. or is it the life-giving virus so worked that Kenon decided to change its licensing policy)
I bought one for Sony Alfa back in the summer of 19 ... This is the question of Canon's “kindness”. Well done, Koreans, of course!
The only thing that confuses me about it is the complete lack of manual pre-focusing. I love to shoot stars, and so, he often misses - the objects are weak!
Sony has licensed the protocol to many, so there is nothing surprising. Zeiss AF is only for Sony. That’s why :)
I myself have one on my Sony, an excellent lens for ridiculous money, sharp across the field, a little more vignet than GM, actually all the differences between the native 1.4.
The lens was discontinued due to the licensing of the RF mount by Canon.
