Class! Will there be 10 bits?)

    • Arkady Shapoval

About it they are still silent

    • Victor

Will not be. Perhaps they will add it in the firmware, but hardly.

1/4000, old crop sensor without BSi, and 850 $.
    Hello 2020.

    • Victor

This is a new crop sensor, and yet yes, it is with bsi. Hello, 1990.

      • Pokemon

        He is without BSi

Sensor without BSi = last century.

Victor, you’re the only one drowning for this guano :)
You are not working as a marketer for Nikon?
          *
Now, since you are so drowning for this plastic box, try to "sell" it to me.
Explain why I should buy this guano? Why is this box better than d5600?
What does it give a fundamentally new user?
And the most important question is who is the target audience?
I will answer right away - amateurs do not need it anymore, they use the cameras of their phones and they have enough of them.

          • Arkady Shapoval

Why not 5500? why is it better than 5600? or 5300? or 5200? or 5100? than 5600 is fundamentally better than its predecessors? with the Z50 the same story, but there are differences and they are significant.

          • Victor

Ahahah, first try to explain to me why I should try to sell something to YOU :) Why should I prove that this “box” is something better for YOU than% brandname%% modelnumber%? Buy what you want only if you write comments, you need to try to be at least a little objective. And the objectivity is such that this box, with all its characteristics and capabilities, is (suddenly!) No more expensive than competitors with similar capabilities.
Therefore, personally for you, I will copy my own post, addressed to you below: “If a subject product for a simple and practical person is a product of the third freshness, he can always choose other products to taste”

But this cry in the comments when new cameras came out was already quite boring. Try to abstain from it.

            • Pokemon

Try not to write to me what I should refrain from.
I do not know you, you do me either. And you are not a decree to me. Your opinion is not interesting.
              *
Everyone expresses his opinion, and if it does not suit you, we pass by, we do not clog the air.
              ***
On a subject - I am completely objective. Camera for no one, tk. the casual audience of starter crop consumers is shrinking rapidly.

              • Victor

Regarding the "outdated sensor". In some sources bsi is present, in others it is not. Even if the matrix is “ordinary”, this does not negate the fact that it is the freshest for Nikon. And in terms of noise, it is not inferior to the last crop from Sony and surpasses the canon crop. This is also objectivity. But you can continue to cackle "no bsi, junk, fi fi fi"

According to the subject - I think that the opinion of a single stupid expert in the comments is unlikely to affect the sales of the camera, the objectivity is such that this is the latest product with modern capabilities, and comparing it with the d5600 is not just stupid, but very stupid. Although who am I ...

              • Pokemon

Why is the D5600 not modern with respect to the Z50?
What do you drown for the Z50?
Will you buy it at the start on a full-price basis, or are you just balaboling “for justice”?
If I needed a crop, I know what to take for myself - Fuji X-T3 or his follower.

              • Victor

                >> Why is the D5600 not modern in relation to the Z50?

                Detained or just stupid?)

Do I need to duplicate the list of technical characteristics, starting from the difference in sensor technologies, ending with shooting parameters, evi / ov size, pluses, autofocus and video? Or try to cope on our own?

I already wrote in this topic that I will not buy it at full price, well, at least because it is stupid for a person who considers money, no matter what the camera is. But the instance in any case turned out to be interesting.

              • Victor

x-t3? Pretty boy. But nothing that this body camera costs almost twice as much as the z50?

              • Pokemon

                1) I duplicate my question: "Why is the D5600 not modern in relation to the Z50?"
Will there be a radical difference as a result? No.
Does the owner of the D5500 / 5600 need to switch to this? No.
                2) Who is the consumer audience of this camera in 2020?
                3) "Is it okay that this body camera costs almost twice as much as a Z50?"
Adequate lenses in stock, worth a normal modern matrix. There are discounts. The order of prices is approximately similar, the price difference is not very significant for me and it is generally justified. The only thing missing is the matrix stub, but it is expected in the next model.
It makes no sense to buy dubious or bad things.

              • Victor

                >> 1) I duplicate my question: "Why is the D5600 not modern about the Z50?"
Will there be a radical difference as a result? No.

                Rephrase.

“Why is d5100 not modern with respect to z50? Will there be a radical difference in the result? No"
“Why is the VAZ 2101 not modern in relation to the Lada Vesta? Will there be a radical difference in the result? No".

I will not continue, I hope all the meaninglessness of such fraud is clear.

                2. The audience is exactly the same as for d5xxx, for canon m5 / m6, and for fuji x30 / x3, and .... Well, with the exception of Yabbupilkht3 experts, such a camera is not for them, yes.

                3. Twice is “the price order is similar” ??? o_O Well, no more questions. The rukalitso is simple.

                3.

              • Arkady Shapoval

Only the market will be completely objective, which will show what's what in a few years

  • Arkady Shapoval

    1. It is not clear which line the Z50 continues with: D7000-> D7100-> D7200-> D7500 or D5000-> D5100-> D5200-> D5300-> D5500-> D5600?
    2. Will there be any similar lines among crop Z?
    3. It seems to me that the first such camera among digital SLRs was the D50, from here and the name?
    4. Or was the name Z50 copied from the fairly popular Canon M50?
    5. No IBIS, because it is a competitor in the Sony a6100 area
    6. Only 2 lenses and both zooms were released under the camera, there are no fixes and is not expected in their road map
    7 fps and no UHS-II?

    • Andrei

Technically, everything is very sweet in the announcement, including the declared price, except for the battery and the confusion - will there be a battery grip? 320 shots by the standard method is a pocket of very expensive batteries.

      1. Very similar to the 7500 series - two steering wheels, atmospheric protection, but without the “button-function” as on the D500.
      2. Why not? In the modern world, putting EVF is already cheaper than a mechanism for raising mirrors and pentaprism.
      3. I also thought about it, but the D70 still came out earlier.
      4. Who knows what marketers are thinking? With Martians it would be easier :)
      5. IBIS? (Not familiar with this abbreviation)
      6. They have already rolled out a new card.
      7. UHS-II is, like the BSI-CMOS sensor.

      • Lef

        5. In Body Image Stabilization.
Nice camera, as for me. But annoying that no one except Kenon thought of closing the matrix with a shutter when changing optics.

        • Andrei

Thanks for the decryption. Stab in the cell I think I would eat a lot, but about its need - you can arrange holivars for 500 pages. No - and figs with him, with high-aperture optics and working high ISO is not so important.

As for the protection of the matrix with a shutter, I assume that this is implemented, and there is a separate function for opening the shutter to clean the sensor. At least on DSLRs, there was no point in reinventing the wheel. But a vacuum cleaner would definitely not hurt here.

      • Arkady Shapoval

        1. Security is many times worse than d500, z50 and is not next to d500. There is no remote control for flashes like the d7500, according to advertising materials it looks much more like the d5600 line, the emphasis is on amateur-amateur shooting.
        3. The D50 was mentioned as the first amateur TsZK from Nikon, historically it is similar to the Z50. And the d70 is a completely different lineup (the same as the d80-d90-d7000 ++++)
        5. The Z6 / Z7 has a stabilizer on the matrix, but not here. It’s not worth considering the presence of a stub in other systems.
        6. Well, what about the new one, what kind of fix is there for a mirror crop?
        7. About UHS-II you are mistaken, everywhere in official sources of UHS-I

    • Zhenya

It seems to me that the continuation of the 5 *** line. For the successor of 7 *** it is somehow rather weak, to put it mildly ...

      • Zhenya

Comparison on MSRP only strengthens my guesses)

        • Arkady Shapoval

I also tend to the idea that this is a continuation of the d5600

  • Pavel Gorbunov

Which is better to buy: Mercedes Benz or BMW? The eternal question: Canon or Nikon ...
Here you look at the filling: a copy of the Canon EOS M50 / M6 Mark II with all the features and jambs. And the case is like a full frame. Well, and to hell is such a miracle?
It seems that Nikon was 7 minutes late except for the release of mirrorless.

    • Vlad

In general, yes, but the m50 / m6 ef-m has a bayonet mount, under which the cat cried lenses, and new ones are in no hurry to release. And here - "adult" Z, which will not be hammered in and optics are guaranteed to be enough

      • Arkady Shapoval

Considering "which" 2 lenses were presented together with the Z50 - it is not yet clear whether they will score or not.

        • Michael

Judging by the lens roadmap - they will score)

        • Eugene o

Just do not forget that, unlike Canon M, Sony E and Fuji, Nikon already has a bunch of AF-S and AF-P lenses available for this camera through the FTZ adapter.

          • Arkady Shapoval

with the same success it can be argued that for the Canon M there are a bunch (significantly more than Nikon) of lenses with the appropriate adapter.

            • Eugene o

Yes, I later realized that for Canon there is identity too, but comments cannot be edited. However, the fact remains: the optics fleet for Nikon Z DX is not limited to two lenses.

              • Arkady Shapoval

It depends on how you look. Once again - the adapter costs money, is not included in the package and changes the convenience, reliability and compactness of the system.

              • Roman

For Sony E and Fuji, there is a whole fleet of third-party optics, including autofocus. Plus, a huge number of third-party optics are installed through adapters, including autofocus. How many stories about how "I bought Sonya, but my own glasses are expensive, I will deliver from Canon." Weak argument. The platform's prospects are determined by the presence of a native optics designed for the system, which uses all its strengths. So essentially the Nikon Z DX optics park is limited to two lenses and the Roadmap is not impressive.

  • Salavat

They are all so unprepossessing, these UPCs, that I don’t even want to take them into our hands.

  • Alexey

If this came out about 8 years ago, it would be interesting. And now ... went out and out.

  • RussTamblyn

There is still some kind of cheap lens announced. Noct called, dark probably.

    • Dim

There, but in terms of a dollar per kilogram of lens, it comes out favorably.

    • Valery A.

      Funny boys.

  • Alexey

And there is no additional display (((

  • Novel

It is a pity that no fish is not meat, we are waiting for the Nikon d500 level to be
and Canon 7d mark 2 + matrix stub.

  • Stas

Lenses ... question lenses ... with an adapter from the older one, it is not so cheap.

  • Alexey

as expected, budget crop DSLRs merge into the trash.
with a huge delay, it even came to Nikon that if sales fall at double-digit %% every year, then something is probably wrong.
but better later than never. You see, in a couple of years, Nikon will boldly catch up with the Sony A6xx line of three years ago, and after 5 years, even add IBIS.
the novelty itself, alas, is not even a novelty, the old matrix, castrated functionality, an impressive price of $ 850.
someone sees in it at least some sort of meaning?

    • Arkady Shapoval

If this is a replacement for the d5600, then everything is in place.

      • Maksim

Why doubts at all? Even in the summer there was information that the mirror lines 3xxx and 5xxx were being liquidated and instead of them there would be DX UPC. Here Z50 is a replacement for 5xxx, then it will probably be “Z30” or even “Z10” without EVI. And there was no talk about replacing the 7xxx, but about the fact that the only mirror DX line will remain, so apparently we are waiting for the “D7600” if the plans do not change.

Probably, the "D760" will come out earlier, the D750 is already old, and in the D7500 it is possible to change the processor or insert the matrix as in the Z50.

        • Arkady Shapoval

There was exactly the same information that the last d7500

  • Dmitriy

Is the plastic mount or not? The photo from another resource has a plastic impression.

    • Arkady Shapoval

      Metal bayonet mount

      • Dmitriy

        I'm talking about lenses.

  • Volodimir

Honestly, a pointless camera. For the year, the Z6 and Z7 really have nothing new, not booster handles, not normal fast lenses. It seems that the company itself begins to do something and quits, does not finish it, although sometimes it gives birth to something worthwhile in agony. And in truth, Arkady wrote about cameras, it’s better to buy through a couple of updates (generations) in order to get to the point exactly. A vivid example: the Sony a7III, which many bought, though the native optics are expensive, like the camera itself, had enough money for the camera itself, but the lenses are usually sided and cheap, although not by much.
The problem with APS-C is that it is so motley, from utter dissatisfaction to utter elation. But the problem of the lenses themselves is that they seem to be cheaper and more affordable, like the camera itself, but practice shows that you can get quality only for the suggested amount of money. Here from here the transition of people to FF. Here everything is somehow livelier - more opportunities, more buns, a different atmosphere, and of course the price. But APS-C is a kind of seed for a full understanding of the matter, I want to have both the capabilities and benefits of the older brothers, but they only let them play with what they gave. Although the APS-C itself has quite powerful potential, if only they made “toys”, like the older ones, then it’s hardly anyone who would switch to FF, this is about the lenses (the older ones have a lot more variably and tasty ones).

    • Arkady Shapoval

And the first whales are dark, with F / 6.3

      • Volodimir

Yes, it looks ridiculous, after the announcement of a new bayonet with a large radius (hole), lenses with the possibility of prohibitive aperture. They endured a good idea, but simply cannot implement it. Almost jumped to medium format, but no. Although the idea is great, they could make the matrix the largest in size, the pixels are also large, which would give a higher light sensitivity, but also touched on the pixel density. But in general, the start began briskly, but step on the same rake as in the old system. After all, they do not open a new market, there are pioneers, there are already clear examples of what needs to be done, but no - they will lay down again until the successful birth of the people's apparatus.
Arkady, with such sizes of lenses and lenses there should be a priori aperture in region 1, and then the lens with manual focus, because the focusing system probably cannot work it out. My thoughts are in the text.

        • Arkady Shapoval

If you mean that 58 / 0,95 is manual, then most likely, autofocus was not added to it for completely different reasons. I suppose that his “manual” nature just adds a certain charm to him, makes him a fetish toy, or an icon for worship like Zeiss Otus 55 / 1.4 or Leica 50 / 0.95 NOCTILUX-M

          • Volodimir

Maybe if he came out for DSLRs - then I agree, but for mirrorless cameras - at the moment they are positioned with super accurate sharpness and super focusing speed, it smells a bit of a step in the wrong direction, and there you can stumble.

  • Alexey

    F-mount funeral begins

    • Pavel Gorbunov

They’ve already buried, now they’re remembering!

      • Alexey

No, still let out. They will bury him, like Michael Jackson, for a long time to get the maximum profit from the funeral. But the release of crop and dark govnozumov under Z mount suggests the inevitability of a funeral.

        • Vitaly N

And given the presence of the adapter, the mount will be used even after a 20-year-old funeral.

    • Arkady Shapoval

The funeral will be only after Nikon D6, and this is another 2-3 years

    • Volodimir

If they do not bring their system Z to the appropriate state, then they will bury for a long time.

  • Dima

I like it, buy it. In the presence of Nikon's glasses - a bomb, especially considering how much it will cost in a year. For a long time, photographic equipment has been offering more than is needed and what is used, therefore I do not participate in disputes about log, bit, crop4k)) I take more pictures.

  • Konstantin

Who else would explain why I should be interested in this model and not take the same D5600 / D5500? What's so interesting about that?
    - The stabilizer on the matrix was not delivered
    - The cat cried optics
    - you need to immediately buy another 1-2 batteries
+ There is 4K video, but shooting a video without a stabilizer is lousy. Need to buy more stands.
Is it not better to take a SLR and take 600-800 frames on a single charge and have a huge selection of optics. And the dimensions of the Z50 with a lens are not much smaller than the D5600.

    • Michael

As using the d5200, I would choose the z50.
      Pros unlike d5xxx DSLRs:
      - The Z series has excellent focusing on the screen in contrast to the horribly laggy, laggy LiveView of the Nikon d5xxx.
It seems that there is a d5200 rotary screen and LiveView, but there is very little sense from it and I don’t want to take pictures of it at all, only when I really need it and don’t want to get dirty, for example.
      - When shooting portraits, it is easier to control boke on a mirrorless camera, you see the real final result, you can instantly select the aperture so that the background is not completely blurry and boring and there is a separation between the background and the subject.
      - There is no stabilizer in d5xxx either, although of course I wanted to.
      - The choice of optics is actually more than on DSLRs, nothing prevents you from attaching through an adapter, as far as I know, native adapters from Canon and Nikon are excellent.
      - The Nikon d5200 grip is so-so, maybe the d5500 and d5600 have better, a controversial point.
      - Silent shooting with Nikon DSLRs is laughter, the noise is not really reduced there, just the moment of raising and lowering the mirror is separated. Canon 6d has a noticeable difference.
      - Eye focusing is a must-have for portraits
I tested Nikon d850 at a photo forum - a gorgeous device, but getting exactly in the eye is still a problem.
And Sony a7 III gave 100% result without a bunch of extra frames ...

      Cons:
      - price, nikon d5500 for used the market can be found at an attractive price
      - many complain about z6, z7 that the rubber bands rub quickly under the nails
      - closed bayonet
If Sony already has a lot of new optics with an open bayonet mount, then this is a big question.
This is certainly not a minus compared to d5xxx DSLRs, but I don’t really hope for optics for APS-C, if you take it only for the sake of mirrorless buns.

In general, if for example Nikon d5700 comes out with about the same ideology as the Canon 90d, that is, with all the mirrorless pluses, then it will be more difficult to choose mirrorless or DSLRs.

  • Ilya

Preview and first impressions of the z50 https://photar.ru/nikon-z50-predvaritelnyj-obzor-i-pervye-vpechatleniya/

  • Peter Sh.

Was recently at an exhibition of famous 20th-century photographers. Separately, there was a room with some portraits.
And no one climbed them with a magnifying glass, trying to discern where the focus got into the eye or nose!
    Wild people, in a word.

    • Michael

Well yes, wild ones. Filmed and even no Instagram

And do not climb with a magnifying glass, with well-known photographers the focus is exactly where you need it. You see, this is already a certain level of technology, which is a priori. And with this mandatory level of technology there is also a certain level of artistry. And the famous have a marriage, just its output is less. And they will not post frank marriage.

      • koba

You know, the so-called famous photographers, and even unknown ones who used only fifty dollars, by and large, everything was and is very simple - we shoot in good light, aperture at 11, focus on a scale, set it to 3 meters and everything from 2 to 5 meters in focus, if you look closely, about 80% of all known photographs, especially with a Leica camera, were taken in this way - the subject being shot was in the focus area, so it took off, did not get so close, so they always have everything in focus, that is, if there is no object in focus, they simply do not pull the trigger, which for the sake of spoiling the film. Working with zone focus, you can always get the desired objects in focus. The same Bresson once mentioned in his book that his aperture was always 8 or 11, so he rarely used his fast Zeiss Sonnar 50 / 1.5. By the way, on the new lenses, the distance scale was gradually removed, or made it ridiculous, let's say the scale ends at 1 meter, or even less, most lenses even have a scale with markings of more than 2 meters (to speed up autofocus), if on long-focus ones it still bearable, then at a wide angle some kind of insanity turns out, at 24mm I personally always use the zone focus, and it quickly turns out, and everything is guaranteed to be in focus.

        • Roman

Well, if your genre is reportage photography or landscape - of course. 5.6 - 8 - 11 even. Plots or staging, studio photos are shot like this until now.

But first, to shoot like Bresson now is to write music like Bach or poetry like Pushkin. They will be praised for the level of imitation, but you will not say anything new.

And secondly, there are also portraits. And if someone came up with a fast Zonnar, then he used this fast Zonnar at the open even then.

All crawlers are fully armed. Well, yes, Nikon did not issue a mid-budget crop-bzk for a horse price (who is to blame for the ruble falling twice in 2014? So $ 900 is still divine), with excellent resolution whale glasses, albeit dark. The crop matrix is excellent, all the chips are present, video, focusing on the eyes, phase sensors on the matrix, normal evi, normal ergonomics (as opposed to sonecs), the optics are tightened over time. What more could you want? But no)

    • Pokemon

The camera came out with an outdated sensor.
A bayonet without enough native lenses. After all, it could have been done beautifully - to release a whale 18-70 / 3.5-4.5 or with a constant aperture ratio of 4. But no, we will make you “unique” glasses. The engineers were asked and they did, worse and darker nothing will come of this mount.
You have such a healthy bayonet mount, but there is no analogue 28-70 / 2. Then 1/4000. And the matrix without BSi. After all, it is clear that nobody except Fuji adds this technology to crop. The camera is aimed at the same consumers as the d5100-5200-5300. And this consumer is already absorbed by Xiaomi, Huawei and other Chinese phone manufacturers.

      • Pokemon

        Sales will judge.

      • Victor

Another all-propane man. The “obsolete matrix” is a modified matrix used before only in the d7500 and d500. Similar "dark" objectives are used by Sony and Canon, a tribute to compactness.

There will be “unique” glasses, but for a different price.

        • Roman

I liked the idea of 16-50. 6.3 at the far end is, of course, evil, but with the size of almost a pancake, a stub and a stepper motor - it is very interesting.

But I did not understand 50-250. Canon has been producing its 55-250 for many years, which is cheap, budget and so on - and it is not worse, but at the same time smaller and lighter.

Look, Canon has released its new large mount. And something expensive but unique flooded under it - 50 / 1.2 sharp with open, 85 / 1.2 - the same or with special attention to bokeh, 24-70 / 2 or 2.8 line with a stub. Foldable and really compact 70-200. Each lens is expensive, but this is a step forward, these glasses can be taken now, and they will be relevant in 20 years, when several generations of cameras will change and a bunch of bells and whistles will appear in them.

And here they offer me a mirrorless crop, because mirrorless is fashionable. And under them are some incomprehensible expressionless glass. That is, either we will stick out one characteristic at the expense of another, or we will release everything the same, but under the BZK, we will stupidly redo it. The options “what about others” do not work. The industry leader should pull the industry, not endlessly catch up.

          • Victor

            >> But I did not understand 50-250. Canon has been producing its 55-250 for many years, which is cheap, budget and so on - and it is no worse, but smaller and lighter.

And what does the MIRROR 55-250 from the canon?

So then Nikon has exactly the same mirror 55-200 and 55-300, inexpensive, "light", whatever they want.

But if we are talking about the BZK, then the canon for ef-m has exactly the same 55-200mm f / 4.5-6.3 IS STM and no one buzzes for some reason.

But this lens is extremely sharp (like 16-50) even in the extreme FRs, and, I think, fully supports smooth quiet focusing in the video, like the STM series from Canon (as was the case with Nikon in Nikon 1). And still it’s not worth comparing them with mirrored ones; just look at the samples from both.

            • Arkady Shapoval

Canon has a mirrorless counterpart - Canon Zoom Lens EF-M 55-200mm 1: 4.5-6.3 IS STM and also dark. Just like a “professional” cropped mirrorless Sony E 70-350mm f / 4.5-6.3 G OSS. Apparently such a trend now.

            • Roman

Why MIRROR CAPSUM? Actually, the mirrorless counterpart should be simpler, lighter, smaller and better. EF-M 55-200 is generally tiny - 52 mm instead of 62 in diameter and almost half the height of the mirror 55-250. Yes, dark, but small.

              • Victor

                >> Why MIRROR CAPSUM?

But because initially you apparently didn’t make any differences between these lenses, trying to compare different lenses. I decided to highlight so that the difference was visible.

                >> Actually, a mirrorless analog should be simpler, lighter, smaller and better.

Why should it be easier easier and less? I won’t argue that he would better argue, but try to give a reasoned answer to the question.

Comparison of dimensions is generally ridiculous - in ANY case these are NOT pocket cameras, even though there will be 80mm in diameter, at least 40.
And the price tag for ef-m 50-200 and z 50-250 will be almost identical.

              • Roman

I’m somehow too lazy to answer. You arbitrarily react to arguments, I watched this the day before yesterday on a 14-hour pressukha.

              • Victor

                >> I'm somehow even too lazy to answer

This is because the arguments are over. This happens, do not worry, everything will work out. Drink a cup of tea and think about the question above - with what fright the lens should be smaller, simpler and lighter, with identical characteristics with the mirror. Do not hurry.

              • Roman

Victor, ask this question to Canon. Fuji, after all. Somehow they do it. Each lens that Canon made for its R or RP turned out to be smaller, lighter, sharper, or faster than aperture - they surpassed everything that they had done before. Even native EOS-M glasses made with emphasis on compactness really turned out to be COMPACT. Two Nikon whale glasses should be compared in terms of image quality, of course, but in other respects they turned out to be worse than Canon whale mirror lenses with their prerequisite in the form of a back segment.

              • Victor

                >> Victor, ask Canon this question

Asked. And somehow it does not come out easier and less. Better - yes, but they are better for Nikon than mirror counterparts.
Here is an example, watch your hands.
                Canon EF 50mm f / 1.2L USM 85.4 × 65.5mm Lens
                Canon RF 50mm f / 1.2L USM 89.8 × 108mm Lens

                Canon EF 85mm f / 1.2L II USM 91.5 × 84mm Lens
                Canon RF 85mm f / 1.2L USM 103.2 × 117.3mm Lens

That is, they are not even what is no less, they are even noticeably more than mirror analogues. How so canon? :(

              • Roman

Or smaller, or sharper, or lighter, or faster.

50 and 85 corrected the shortcomings of the previous versions - they became much sharper, phenomenal sharpness in the open, significantly less chrome. aberrations, their predecessors suffered. We pay for this with greater weight and price. Those who do not want to pay - through the adapter previous models. OK.

                Super fast zoom - 28-70 / 2.0L.

The Holy Trinity - 15-35 2.8L IS - is a millimeter wider, 2.8 with a stub is better. 24-70 2.8L IS - 2.8 with stub, better. The 70-200 2.8L IS will be foldable for the first time - smaller and lighter.

Canon RF 35 1.8IS is an analogue of the SLR 35 / 2.0IS USM. Smaller (52 mm filter instead of 67), with higher aperture - better.

Canon RF 24-240 - 10x zoom. Yes, dark at the far end, yes, expensive, but 10 times of excellent quality.

The plans are 135 / 1.8 instead of 135 / 2.0 definitely with more sharpness. This is about the lineup.

Not about the ruler - EF-M lenses, not shiny, but compact, to match a small camera.

That is, positioning is clear to me. In a sense, unique full-frame lenses on the BZK carcass. On which I put either the original advanced optics, or through the adapter full-frame or cropped of the previous generation, available if I do not have enough money.

Nikon came in from the CROP with indistinct very dark lenses. Of the advantages, I am offered some incomprehensible "BZK-buns". JVI? Fast consuming batteries? Lack of a mirror? Well, OK. I understand that you are a fan. But somehow I would like, in addition to enthusiasm and common sense.

I am not all-crawler. I am a simple and practical person. I will not begin to buy goods of the third freshness that is not much different from these 5500/5600 dusting in lohomarkets.

          • Victor

2Pokemon: now the market is quite wide and diverse. If a sabzh product for a simple and practical person is a product of the third freshness, he can always choose other products to taste.

        • Arkady Shapoval

Modified, then modified, but instead of ISO one and a half million, the Nikon D500 here is only a quarter million :). Downgrade?

          • Victor

I think it’s rather a logical limitation. I hope everyone here understands that one and a half million is absolutely idle, and 250 is just idle)

  • Dmitriy

Instead of a darkroom they would have let out a pancake 24 2.8 with a reasonable price tag and a free ftz in the kit could have been praised by nikon

    • Arkady Shapoval

They just have plans for a 24mm pancake

    • Victor

Should be released. In any case, it's strange to grab this system now, others will perfectly do it for us. Then - when optics appear, and the price tags drop slightly, you might think.

  • Cat pirate

A normal system for novice photographers, those who have already outgrown a smartphone. The basis is an excellent matrix, a clone of D500 (D7500) Can draw BEAUTIFULLY and without kitsch, I, as the owner of D7500, declare. The picture is very similar to CCD, photoshop is practically not needed. Mirrorless will help beginners see the photo before the “click”. As for the stub on the matrix, 1/8000, etc. - then this is a different market segment and different money.
And yet .. between 5,6 and 6,3 is such a cardinal difference ??? Especially provided that 6,3 is fully operational, like the Nikon AF-P DX Nikkor 70-300 mm F / 4.5-6.3G ED VR

  • Yuriy75

Nikon had a cool modular UPC Nikon1 V3, would have been enlarged to a full frame and it would have been just a class. But no, they gave birth to some kind of freak.

    • Victor

Nikon 1 Nikan's global failure, given how much money was invested in the design and manufacture of cameras and lenses, and at what cost it eventually merged.

One and a half crop should not suffer the same fate.

  • koba

There is one positive point in all this - the prices of used DSLRs and their lenses began to fall and will fall even more, so many people will be able to buy them. And it turns out that, in fact, the world's top photographers can work with Leica museum cameras with only two normal manual fixes, and beginners and other professionals cannot even shoot a dog without a D5. Yesterday I looked at prices in China and some shops are already thinking of setting a price tag for old Nikon D300 around $ 100, as they did with Canon 40D. Thanks to these mirrorless cameras for this! They are all excellent cameras, and in 10 years their prices will also be in the region of $ 100-200, then we will buy them, but for now let people from rich countries pay a lot of money for them, all this is calculated for them, if we take into account that , the statistics of annual sales of all aps-c and FF cameras does not exceed 30 million units, which is less than 0,3% of the world's population. By the way, for some reason the prices for used Pentax DSLRs do not fall, anywhere, apparently the quality of the received files and excellent reliability are doing their job. As for this camera - it has an excellent matrix, its characteristics can satisfy even many professional photographers, but as a second camera it will be just perfect, but what else is required of it? Only the price remains ...

    • Denis

      Pentax? no, have not heard

      • koba

Imagine that there is such a company, once it was even the most popular, and now it produces excellent cameras and some excellent optics, but they have some sort of pest in the marketing department for a long time and therefore things are going very badly for them ... I have one camera and I use it along with Nikon D3s, its autofocus is disgusting but accurate contrast type, but the picture quality is good, even at dusk ...

  • Dmitriy

And the ftz adapter is likely to be. sticking down for the dimensions of the z50 case.

  • Novel

Marketers at Nikon drop out. They released a budget camera without budget optics (16-50 1: 3.5-6.3 with a price tag in the region of $ 300 is not even funny), the ftz adapter is expensive and without a screwdriver and with this approach to conquer the market? Senon rules.

    • Victor

Another commentator, even unable to correctly write the name of the company that "rules".

Please tell me, are you not embarrassed that cEnon's kit 18-55 ef-m was declared at exactly the same cost - $ 300? Well, it's just interesting to know - if the canon rules, then why is everything still not on it?

      • Novel

Why not on it? On it and on Sony. all other brands have occupied rather narrow niches. In fact, if you need to take a universal camera for video and for photos, then there is nothing to choose from except Sony and Kenon. Let's say I have 2 nikon lenses (screwdriver) and one kenon I need a camera up to 1000 greens with a microphone input. what to take? the choice is only from kenon. 800 77 and 6 first. If the Nikon Z50 was with normal adapters and preferably not only for Nikon optics, it would be out of competition, and probably would have won a part of the market as well…. they didn't even make a rotating screen, as they don't know that people like to shoot themselves first of all. In fact, Nikon focuses more on photography and this narrows the circle of his buyers, and for photography I have a Nikon d 80 with a head. (the best picture).

        • Victor

          Oh, these analytical experts.

You have two screwdriver (screwdriver, Karl !!!) lenses, and at the same time you complain about the lack of a “normal” (c) adapter to shoot video (???). I have no words.

For video, normal autofocus lenses are taken from the system’s native system, if you need autofocus that is smooth rather than jerky, or (most often) manual focus is in progress, and there’s no matter what kind of adapter and lens, even Helios.

Regarding "on him and on the dormouse" - you can take a look at the latest sales statistics of the bzk, you will learn a lot of new things. Especially with regard to the video. Canon. Yeah.
