Most likely the camera is based on Leica M Type 240. Visually, I found only a few differences:

And the circulation, and this is obvious to any "d * bil", will never become even close to the circulation of Nikon / Kenon / Sony / Fuji, etc. But getting into a completely empty market of expensive exotic electronic fashion toys is quite possible. With us, as always, they can do it more or less cheaply, but so you can't look without tears (for example, Zhiguli, Zaporozhets, etc.), or it is good, of high quality and quite at the world level, only at exorbitant prices and / or strongly not for everyone (space rockets, weapons and executive limousines)
