eh, it would be more luminous.
interesting in fuji, what price will be
with such a focal, the native glass is certainly darker, and not very budgetary (if this word is generally about fuji)
there is 90 with a hole 2, the price tag is 60k ..

I didn’t use their 80k 1.4 for a short time on the FF boot, I liked the smoothness of focusing, but I did not like the chromaticity and weight. eventually sold

    • Arkady Shapoval

They say about $ 350, but most likely this is a price tag for starting sales, then it will be lower.

  • Н

For Nikon missed the list of 85mm Macro

  • Eugene o

Question: who needs such glass on MFT? EGF 170 mm without autofocus - how can they shoot at all?

    • Denis

      slowly you can)

    • Arkady Shapoval

170 mm is obtained only on crop micros, and canonical 135 mm + - on crop 1.5, because this is what many people want to get a real portrait lens. MTF there is quite acceptable.

    • Valentine

Don't be surprised by the 170mm micro. One of the most sought-after portrait lenses for the Olympus ED 75mm f / 1.8 microscope with 150mm EGF. For myself, I will say that using a good high-aperture 85-ku (with an EGF 170 mm) for a portrait is very pleasant to use on a mic. It's just that for a micro you can find manual 85s in good quality cheaper, so whether to take the new Samyang is an open question, the picture will show.

  • anonym

Why is it even necessary when there is an old 1.4 model?

    • Arkady Shapoval

      Weight, dimensions, price.

    • Andrei

1.4 heavy just. with FF 6D it was normal by weight, but with bzk there will be no cake.
for the price, it’s true that on the secondary I remember it for 10-11k you could take it under the boot, so the price parameter on the 1.4 side is most likely

  • dorianbahr

Say, but a new mount for Nikon is needed not for 0.95, they have long been used for watering and Sony, because they have money, new lenses that no one has .. and not just cameras, because people are stocked with lenses, so there’s a market already. So there will be a transition to a bzk without hybrids because in the case of a hybrid people will demand to leave the old bayonet mount and not believe me that it will be cheaper to bzk with a mirror than just a bzk

  • Alexey

Why produce glass 2018 with aperture of 85 and without autofocus in 1,8? Only if at an extremely low price.

    • Andrei

it is precisely under the BZK.
what's the plus bzk in front of the mirror? weight, dimensions.

the existing Samyang 1.4 is very large and difficult to use with the BZK.
and this one is only 360gr and compact. about the price has already been said, not the most humane, unfortunately.
for $ 200 it would be very interesting, but unfortunately it will be almost twice as expensive
