  • Andrei

    It’s already a child’s model.

    • Arkady Shapoval

      Nursery is 4000D

  • KalekseyG

Then it was necessary to reduce the matrix resolution to 6 megapixels. And then somehow half-measures - 9 points 1 cruciform, iso nothing. Some kind of involution.

    • Vitaly N

Nizya. It is necessary MP no less than that of a competitor, full HD, Wi-Fi, etc. lotions.

      • Arkady Shapoval

Look here, the matrix from 7d in the new 4000d

        • Vitaly N

Well, the competitor has a new 20MP, so it still works. But you can throw out the mount and screw the lens tightly - you get another model. They will not change anyway.

          • Vitaly N

And what's wrong with the lid and controls?

            • KalekseyG

              There * _ * _ *
              And this is not treated.

Well, with such new products from Kenon, my d5100 will not soon become weak in terms of performance. Tsіkavo yakі will be appreciated for the price of new items.

    • Vitaly N

Anyway, 5100 is cheaper and cooler)

  • anonym

And you say that only NIKON degrades ...)

  • Ivan Shikhalev

By the way, do I understand correctly that they make a completely separate matrix for this model? It seems that 24MP Crops without Dual Pixel or Hybrid AF were not released?

    • Vitaly N

What will prevent you from not using these functions or using culling? Or even use third-party ones - Nikon abandoned 24 megapixels on the crop.

      • Arkady Shapoval

I don’t think Nikon abandoned 24mp on crop. The D500 has its own story, and the D7500 simply took over the matrix from it, then it will most likely be added to the D5xxx / D3xxx line, and the next generation may be at least 100 MP. In addition, the 4 megapixel difference between 20 and 24 is very small.

        • Vitaly N

But some surprising coincidence with the fact that the pixel size at 7500, 500 and 850 has become the same.

          • Arkady Shapoval

            This is the case with the d800 / 800E / 810 and d7000 / 5100 - the technical process.

        • Valentine

About 100 megapixels - Sony is already releasing a medium format. Here is a table https://www.sony-semicon.co.jp/products_en/IS/sensor2/products/index.html

          • Arkady Shapoval

            We spoke for the crop.

            • Valentine

Yes I know. It's just a fact that Sony is already producing a 100MP sensor for a medium format and in the nearest plans a 150MP sensor with a fairly high picture quality. That is, it’s not just “well, they shoved 150 Mp, but it shoots worse than a phone” (for example, for small cameras 20 Mp was shoved at 1 / 2,3 inches, and this is not even discussed).

              • Valentine

And I mean that Nikon is unlikely to have a lower resolution. Likely matrices - here they are in the table. And on crop, and full frame and medium format. And a sad trend - also in the table: the resolution of small sensors continues to increase, despite any reasonable need.

    • Arkady Shapoval

I assume that here the sensor is from Canon EOS M3, 760D, 750D with software trimmed or locked Hybrid CMOS AF III. Perhaps the factory simply did not 'add' the Hybrid CMOS AF III. When the old 4000MP matrix was put in the 18d, it is unlikely that they will invent something new for 2000d.

      • Ivan Shikhalev

On the one hand, it is logical, on the other, and what prevented us from cutting it, taking into account the fact that there is already the following technology in the three-signs ... Although if there is a lot of rejection, this can explain everything.

  • Ivan Wolverine

in fact, it is very similar to the CANON 500D ... only the matrix for some reason was set at 24 Megapixels ... And as a result, the DOD slid from D = 7,8 like the 500D to D = 6 ... that's happiness :-))

  • Sergei

Tell me, why are there different kit lenses in different stores? Some have 18-55 ics, others have 18-55 lll ds. Which of them is the “gray” grade for Russia?

    • Oleg

No, focus on the IS with a stub. 3ds just at the kenon in warehouses was lying around here and sold out, this is an older version

  • Sergei

It is unlikely that "lying around in warehouses" such as sellers change the set themselves. This is exactly the factory set, as I understand it, because right on the box with the camera they write “Canon eos 2000d kit 18-55 lll”

    • BB

Lit up in warehouses, so the manufacturer complements to sell this optics.

  • Sergei

    HM thank you
