Oil, or rather dust on the matrix (as the engineer explained to me, these were elements that gradually wore out as planned and they "broke off" in larger pieces than expected, because of this they fell on the matrix). So this story was ONLY with the D600, Nikon admitted the problem and cleaned the matrix for D600 owners for free for a year. That is, in order for this problem to stop showing up on the D10, you need to take 600-5k shots and clean (free of charge) the matrix.
The D750 has a different story, not related to the shutter, where the flashlight was cut off.
The D800 with the shutter is all right, well, as for me, it slams hard and loudly, but this is its normal job.

Probably, the camera or converter on the computer builds a picture on the information from the green channel as the most detailed one. But the interesting thing is that the detail and sharpness of the same frame in different rav-converters is different! So really, not everything is so simple with permission.
As far as I know, 12 MP is quite enough for the magazine to turn around, which is why quite a lot of cameras with a resolution of 12 MP are released. So even 36 megapixels of D810 should be more than enough to turn a 30x30 book, provided that the optics resolve the sensor well.
