According provided by lens OKP-6-70-1 F = 70 1: 1,8 (logo IZOS 'Izium Optical Glass Plant') many thanks to Konstantin Puchkov.
In short
OKP-6-70-1 F = 70 1: 1,8 - old Soviet film projection lens. Like most similar lenses, it lacks a focusing mechanism and aperture device. OKP-6-70-1 F = 70 1: 1,8 represents one naked lens unit. Nowadays, such lenses are interesting for their ratio of focal length and aperture ratio, as well as special 'artistic' properties. OKP-6-70-1 F = 70 1: 1,8 is quite sharp in the center, suffers from strong chromatic aberrations, is afraid of flares, turns yellow / green, but at the same time has a pleasant pattern.
For practical use as a photo lens, OKP-6-70-1 F = 70 1: 1,8 should be modernized. Usually, not everyone can do the alteration, because many pass by such lenses. The owner of the lens independently made a focusing cup made of a medium format macro ring and adapter KP6 / Nand macro ring M42. Specify details in comments.

Material prepared Arkady Shapoval.
It paints beautifully, softly.
Shots are somewhat reminiscent of viewing filmstrips)) Thanks for the review!
Puma or Nike lens? I don’t understand)
# where is ourrodion
Somewhere already saw these bracelets :) and even asked what it is ...
Very nice - the blur is smooth and even the highlights are interesting.
Really beautiful draws!
Chromatite is godless ...
> yellow / green
It was 2017, RAW is in some phones and soap boxes (hello, CHDK), you can take green glass from a welding mask as a neutral filter and no one will even recognize it from the finished picture, but here they tell me that the lens is YELLOW.
The lens really turns yellow, the question of how to deal with it is completely different.
