Google quickly re-indexes everything, but for Yandex you need to specify the main site in the webmaster’s panel, in robots, and in internal links; and it’s not a fact that he will adequately and quickly digest. Now about 1,5k pages in the index, this is not so much.
Another thing is that already a large number of links on the Internet (~ 13k pages, more than 600 domains) lead precisely to * .com.ua, which affects both puzomerki and the position in the search results.

Here we have Russian, Ukrainian and Surzhik dialects (a mixture of Russian and Ukrainian). I don't think that surzhik is the best option.
