Appearance and design
The lens is made of metal and a rubber corrugated tube. I assume that an aluminum alloy was used as the material for the lens block and bayonet mount. The corrugation is made of rubber, easily deformable, but, at the same time, quite elastic and able to hold the weight of the lens block without sagging. The only lens has multi-enlightenment with a blue tint, in front of it there are three small magnets that hold interchangeable diaphragms and prevent them from falling out of the lens arbitrarily. In general, despite its simple design, the lens is made quite high quality, without any complaints.
The lens is available for mounts Nikon F, Canon EF, Pentax K, Minolta A, Olympus 4 \ 3 and other systems. This is the second LensBaby lens in serial production. The lens does not have any electronics, therefore it is most convenient to use it on cameras supporting automatic metering exposurebut I use it on my own without any problems Nikon D70s.

- Good aperture - f / 2. On this aperture, the lens has a spot of conditional sharpness only in the center, but even in the center there is a strong soft effect, for this reason it can cause a gag reflex for connoisseurs of ringing pixel-by-pixel :) Well, for a creative person, this lens will give a huge creative potential and will dip (dunk in this the most eggs!) him in the new world of soft photography.
- Manual aperture setting in this lens is its indisputable advantage, because with the help of the additional set of apertures Creative Aperture Kit 2 you can get simply amazing "bokeh". I made this set of diaphragms myself, printed them on thick photographic paper, then cut out the figures with a blade. You can also cut out figures from a magnetic sheet, for example, such a sheet is used in photo magnets for a refrigerator, etc.
The diaphragms themselves are installed and removed using a special device with a magnet at the tip, it also serves as a case for storing diaphragms. - Multilayer enlightenment - avoids spurious glare and keeps contrast and color at an acceptable level.
- The ability to make interesting apertures yourself adds +100500 to the creativity of this lens.
- Focusing is carried out by pulling or squeezing the corrugated tube, while you can shift the optical axis relative to the camera matrix, which, in turn, allows you to get an interesting result, unusual for most photographers, but let go of the lens block as it returns to its previous position.
- The lens is designed for APS format, on APS-C format cameras its title-shift effect will not be so expressive, but its bizarre bokeh remains. :)
- The lens has an MDF of approximately 0,3 m, which allows you to photograph small objects in close-up.

Photo quality
On f / 2, the image in the center is soft, with a strong soft effect, the flu is narrow and it’s quite difficult to focus correctly. At f / 2.8, sharpness begins to appear, increasing as the aperture number increases, while aberrations decrease. The maximum sharpness in the center of the frame near the lens appears at f / 5.6-f / 11, while the edges of the frame still remain blurry.
My experience
There was a time when I had two lenses, it was LensBaby 2.0 from this review and Lensbaby Composer Double Glass. Having shot at the latter, I realized that they are very similar in the picture, and since I bought the Classic to compare them and choose the best option, I left LensBaby 2.0 for myself, since it turns out to be much more convenient and faster to focus and change the optical axis ... The inconvenience of Composer Double Glass lies in its hinge, since if it was not possible to shift the optical axis correctly, then adjusting it back to the center, only through the viewfinder is very difficult and takes a lot of time, whereas on LensBaby 2.0 it happens spontaneously, thanks to the rubber corrugation.

Conclusion
LensBaby 2.0 is an interesting creative tool that does not have a ringing sharpness but is able to bring new "colors" to the life of both the amateur and professional, thanks to its non-standard design and optical flavor. Of course, this lens has not been produced for a long time, and it can only be purchased on the secondary market, but given its low cost, any enthusiast can afford it.

I had the honor to repair the Lenzebaby fishye. When he opened it, he laughed incredibly. The body has neither multiple threads nor helicoid. There are only two wormholes in the plastic and two pins are inserted into them, which protrude on the lens block. Also plastic. Here one of them broke off, just replaced with a screw.
