Confrontation systems Nikon / Canon. Part 2. Performance.

In this part of the confrontation between Nikon and Canon systems, a small issue will be raised regarding the performance power of Nikon and Canon cameras.

Very often you can find the phrase “high performance” of a camera, but what “performance” is, very few people really understand. 'Performance' is a complex thing, consisting of several factors.

Processors

The processor is usually responsible for performance. For most users, a processor is an abstract and incomprehensible thing, and therefore nowadays it is easy to “sell” it, just like fake megapixels.

Nikon and Canon have their own line of processors that are being developed and updated, and the big names EXPEED, DIGIC are increasingly appearing in the first lines of the description of the camera.

DUAL - means using two processors.

My experience

My practice has shown that in fact, the coolness of the processor name does not determine anything specific. The manufacturer indicates only the general name of the generation of processors, but it is difficult to find out which chip modification is in each specific camera. For homework, try to find out which processor is using Nikon D3s - EXPEED II or still, as indicated in my tables - EXPEED.

Manipulation example: it may happen that the new processor will not cope with the tasks that the old did. Camera Nikon D5300 with EXPEED 4 processor, using RAW (RAW + JPEG) format with 14-bit color depth, lowers the burst speed to 4 fps. At the same time, the previous model Nikon D5200, with an EXPEED 3 processor, shot without any problems at the same 14-bit color depth in RAW format at 5 fps. Moreover, the Live View image Nikon D5300 can slow down. Why install a new generation processor that cannot handle this amount of data?

TOP 10 (and in fact TOP 33) of the fastest Nikon \ Canon cameras

The performance of the camera is greatly affected by the maximum burst speed.

Since cameras have a lot of features that affect the maximum possible speed of burst shooting, I did not succeed in creating a simple and understandable tablet. The table below has three columns:

  • Maximum speed per second is an accurate parameter that does not need to be explained
  • The list of cameras with standard mode shows a list of cameras that can shoot at the specified speed without using any special techniques. These cameras get top speed when shooting in JPEG format, no additional power source, no exposure / focus lock, using the entire sensor at low ISO. In short, this means that it is enough to turn on the camera, and it will shoot at the declared speed in normal mode without additional complex settings.
  • The list of cameras with advanced mode shows cameras that can be accelerated to the specified values, but only with certain settings / crutches.

Increase the speed of burst shooting for Nikon cameras (or how to knock a tambourine correctly)

Many Nikon cameras can change the maximum burst speed. The speed of continuous shooting is strongly influenced by:

  • using a battery pack or AC adapter
  • different image quality settings, primarily use 12 or 14 bit color depths for shooting in RAW format
  • the use of additional framing modes, in which, to create a picture, not the entire sensor of the camera works, but only its central part
  • ISO settings, Auto ISO, ADL and other advanced settings that can slow down burst speed

Below are all Nikon Central Control Units that change the speed of burst shooting depending on some parameters.

D3 and D3s

Nikon D3 и Nikon D3s in normal mode, FX can shoot at a speed of 9 fps (with any quality settings). In DX crop mode, speed can be increased to 11 fps. When operating at speeds of 10 and 11 fps focus lock completed. All pictures in the series will be taken with the focus that was selected for the first frame. In addition, if the subject is poorly lit, then Expositionselected for the first shot will be used for the entire series. Most likely, 10 and 11 fps cannot be obtained when using lenses with the VR function and / or when using the auto-ISO function (did someone check?). In framing modes 1.2x and 5: 4, the maximum speed cannot be increased and amounts to a maximum of 9 fps.

D3x

Nikon D3x in FX and 5:4 modes can shoot at 5 fps. But bad luck, 5 fps is available only when using JPEG / TiFF or RAW format with 12-bit color depth. As soon as you turn on RAW with 14-bit color depth, the burst speed drops to pathetic 1.8 fps in FX / 5: 4 mode, or 2.6 fps in DX mode. In DX crop mode when using JPEG / TiFF format or RAW format with 12-bit color depth, the speed can be up to 7 fps.

When I was preparing this article, it was a big discovery for me that at maximum quality settings, the Nikon D3x is the slowest camera in the entire Nikon CZK line.

D2x, D2xs

Nikon D2x и Nikon D2xs in normal mode, DX can shoot at a speed of 5 fps (with any quality settings). In crop mode High speed cropped mode speed rises to 8 fps. No additional gestures are required to increase speed.

D700

Nikon D700 in normal mode, it can shoot at a speed of 5 fps (with any quality settings). Using battery pack MB-D10 or network adapter EH-5a / EH-5, the speed can grow up to 8 fps. But, to make the camera shoot at a speed of 8 fps, one MB-D10 not enough. You need to use a special holder MS-D10 with 8 AA cells (batteries or rechargeable batteries). The MS-D10 holder is supplied with MB-D10. Also, 8 fps can be achieved using a more capacious battery. EN-EL4 (from cameras Nikon D2h, D2hs, D2x, D2xs) Or EN-EL4a (from cameras Nikon D3s, D3, D3x), but this requires the optional BL-3 cover (which is not included with the MB-D10). In addition, if you buy a battery EN-EL4 or EN-EL4a, you will have to additionally buy and charge Nikon MH-21 / Nikon MH-22 for it. If in MB-D10 use a regular standard battery EN-EL3e, then the burst speed will not change. Battery pack MB-D10 equally suitable for D300, D300S и D700.

D300, D300s

Speed increase for Nikon D300, Nikon D300s more complicated than for Nikon D700. Top speed Nikon D300 in normal mode is 6 fps, Nikon D300S - 7 fps, and is available in JPEG or RAW format, but only using 12-bit color depth. With a 14-bit color depth of the RAW format, the speed drops to a measly 2.5 fps. Cameras can be accelerated and shot at the maximum possible speed of 8 fps, but only when using the JPEG format or 12-bit color depth in the RAW format and only using the optional battery pack MB-D10 or network adapter EH-5a / EH-5. To force cameras to shoot at 8 fps, one MB-D10 not enough. You need to use a special holder MS-D10 with 8 AA cells (batteries or rechargeable batteries). The MS-D10 holder is supplied with MB-D10. Also, 8 fps can be achieved using a more capacious battery. EN-EL4 (from Nikon D2h / D2hs cameras, D2x, D2xs) Or EN-EL4a (from cameras Nikon D3s, D3, D3x), but this requires the optional BL-3 cover (which is not included with the MB-D10).

In the instructions to Nikon D300 it is indicated that 8 fps is available with any of the above methods. The instructions for the Nikon D300S (page 89) clarify the maximum shooting speeds depending on the batteries:

  • 7.6 fps with an EH-5a / EH-5 power supply unit (apparently 220 V in the outlet is not enough to power the camera properly)
  • 7.7 fps with eight AA elements
  • 8 fps with battery EN-EL4awhat is the most expensive option

D810, D810a

Nikon D810 and Nikon D810a in normal FX mode can shoot at 5 fps (at any quality setting). In 1.2X and DX crop mode with stock battery EN-EL15 speed rises to 6 fps. If you use the camera with a battery pack MB-D12 and battery EN-EL18 (from cameras Nikon D4, D4s) or with 8 AA elements, or with an EH-5B AC adapter, and use the DX cropping mode (DX only), the speed will increase to 7 fps. battery pack Nikon MB-D12 with standard battery EN-EL15 will not help achieve an increase in rate of fire.

For option with extra capacious battery EN-EL18 you will also have to buy a Nikon MH-26 / MH-26a charger and a Nikon BL-5 battery cover, without which it will be impossible to install the battery EN-EL18 to the block MB-D12.

D800, D800E (full analogy with D810, D810a)

Nikon D800 and Nikon D800E in normal FX mode can shoot at 4 fps (at any quality setting). In 1.2X and DX crop mode with stock battery EN-EL15 speed rises to 5 fps. If you use the camera with a battery pack MB-D12 and battery EN-EL18 (from cameras Nikon D4, D4s) or with 8 AA elements, or with an EH-5B AC adapter, and use the DX cropping mode (DX only), the speed will increase to 6 fps. battery pack Nikon MB-D12 with standard battery EN-EL15 will not help achieve an increase in rate of fire.

For option with extra capacious battery EN-EL18 you will also have to buy a Nikon MH-26 / MH-26a charger and a Nikon BL-5 battery cover, without which it will be impossible to install the battery EN-EL18 to the block MB-D12.

D850

Nikon D850 in normal FX mode can shoot at 7 fps (at any quality settings). If the camera is used with a battery pack MB-D18 and battery EN-EL18b (from Nikon D5) then the speed will increase to 9 fps.

20, 20

Maximum speed cameras Nikon D7100 и D7200 in normal cropping mode, the DX is 6 fps and is available in JPEG or RAW format, but only using 12-bit color depth. In DX cropping mode and 14-bit color depth in RAW format, the speed drops to 5 fps. Cameras can be accelerated and shot at the maximum possible speed of 7 fps, but only in the 1.3X framing mode in JPEG format, or in RAW format, but only when using 12-bit color depth. In framing mode 1.3X and 14-bit color depth of the RAW format, the speed drops to 6 fps.

Nikon D100

The maximum speed of the camera is 3 k \ c, but due to the fact that the camera writes data to the memory card very slowly, after filling the frame buffer Nikon D100 takes 1 frame in 6 seconds when using RAW format without compression and 40 seconds when using RAW format with compression. Apparently the camera processor spends a lot of time compressing files. The recording speed does not depend on the type and capacity or speed of writing / reading a memory card. The result is 0.025 frames per second (RAW, 12 bit, lossless compression).

D5300, D5500 and D5600

Nikon D5300, D5500, D5600 shoot at a maximum speed of 5 f / s in JPEG or RAW format, but only when using 12-bit color depth. At 14-bit color depth in RAW format, the speed drops to 4 fps.

Nikon z7

Nikon Z7 shoots at a maximum speed of 9 fps in JPEG or RAW format, but only when using 12-bit color depth. At 14-bit color depth in RAW format, the speed drops to 8 fps.

Nikon z6

Nikon Z6 shoots at a maximum speed of 12 fps in JPEG or RAW format, but only when using 12-bit color depth. At 14-bit color depth in RAW format, the speed drops to 9 fps.

Nikon z7 ii

Nikon Z7 II shoots at a maximum speed of 10 fps in JPEG or RAW format, but only when using 12-bit color depth. At 14-bit color depth in RAW format, the speed drops to 9 fps.

Nikon z6 ii

Nikon Z6 II shoots at a maximum speed of 14 fps in JPEG or RAW format, but only when using 12-bit color depth. At 14-bit color depth in RAW format, the speed drops to 10 fps.

Conclusion on the speed of Nikon cameras

I am seeing a serious problem with Nikon cameras related to the difficulty of shooting in RAW format with 14-bit color depth. I connect these problems with insufficiently powerful processors, and therefore I think that high-profile statements about the use of modern high-performance processors are just a marketing move and do not help cameras shoot faster.

Also, it is unfortunate that in order to achieve high shooting speeds, many Nikon cameras need to buy all kinds of accessories.

On the other hand, Nikon cameras can easily increase burst speed by using the crop mode (DX, 1.2X, 1.3X, 2X, 5: 4) that Canon cameras do not have.

Canon camera rate of fire

Canon cameras also have features related to the maximum burst speed. They are mainly associated with different shooting speeds in RAW \ JPEG format and an increase in shooting speed during focus lock.

Canon 1DX, Canon 1DC

The maximum burst speed in normal mode is 12 fps (but only at ISO values up to 25600). When using the super-high-speed continuous shooting mode, the maximum shooting speed will be 14 fps, but the shooting will be performed with the mirror raised, as a result of which all frames in the series will be taken with the focus set in the first frame (focus will be fixed). Also, 14 fps is available only when shooting in JPEG format. When using ISO 32000 or higher, burst speed will drop to 10 fps. The camera also has some small features related to the temperature regime. Actually, 14 fps not realsince they cannot be shot using RAW and tracking focus.

Canon 1DX MarkII

The maximum burst speed in normal mode is 14 fps. When using the super-high-speed continuous shooting mode, the maximum shooting speed will be 16 fps, but the shooting will be performed with the mirror raised, as a result of which all the frames in the series will be taken with the focus set in the first frame (focus will be fixed).

Canon 1DX Mark III

The maximum burst speed in normal mode is 16 fps. When using Live View, the burst speed will be 20 fps.

Canon 1000D

In the mode JPEG the camera can shoot at a speed of 3 frames per second, but when switching to RAW (or RAW + JPEG) image quality mode, speed drops to 1.5 frames per second. Eventually Canon 1000D Is the slowest burst speed of any Canon and Nikon DSLR.

Canon 1100D

In the mode JPEG the camera can shoot at a speed of 3 frames per second, but when switching to RAW (or RAW + JPEG) image quality mode, speed drops to 2 frames per second.

Canon Speed Summary

With burst speed, Canon’s cameras are much simpler than Nikon’s. The two indicated amateur cameras in the Canon line-up are simply slowly shooting in RAW format, and the most TOP cameras simply climb out of their skin to show 14-16 fps. I note that for Canon there is no need to buy anything extra to shoot at the stated maximum speeds, and indeed, everything is much simpler than Nikon's.

Frame buffer

The performance of cameras is very much affected frame buffer. But, unfortunately, it is very difficult to perform a tabular analysis on the frame buffer for each camera. Please share your thoughts on the frame buffer for different Nikon and Canon cameras in the comments.

TOP 11 cameras with the largest number of Megapixels among Nikon \ Canon cameras

Also, performance can be easily described by the simplest method - the number of megapixels on the camera sensor. And here Canon comes out on top.

Global Outcomes

  • An indication that some kind of image processor is used in a particular camera does not say anything concrete. Nevertheless, I am pleased to realize that in most TOP cameras Canon uses dual processors.
  • Nikon and Canon almost keep the parity with the fastest cameras.
  • The camera with the largest number of megapixels is constantly moving from legion to legion
  • Many Nikon cameras have a maximum burst speed limit due to various conventions. In short, in order to increase the speed of continuous shooting in such cameras, one should either sacrifice image quality (lower the color depth), or lower the resolution (use crop modes), or buy additional peripheral devices (spend extra money).

In general, judging about the performance of systems is very difficult, both systems are very strong.

I expressed my opinion and justification, I await your bright thoughts on this subject in the comments.

And you did not try to ignore him. And then after each of his comments the branch of srach appears and it belongs exclusively to Nikonists

    • Vital

Why are there only Nikonists. Everybody hangs out there. It's just that for some, Boots are some kind of deity, and everything else is .... (you get the idea). For example, I don't care what kind of camera they have. The main thing is to be able to shoot and be able to process, and which camera is the second. But the Canonists for some reason do not think so for the most part. And it turns out that the Kenonists are patriots, and all the others seem to be cosmopolitans or something ... And often, whoever yells more than anyone else and criticizes - does it having some kind of shitty canon and having read other people's (cat) comments. And I didn't really learn how to shoot. Note that the pros are usually silent. (I'm not a pro)

      • anonym

I’m not a pro, but I think jokes on the topic “went to ... boy” and expressions “fie on you” are not adorned to Radozhiva. This is not for you Vitaly is observations from the upper branches. He writes, and he can write, a writer or a critic. Here, criticism of Nikon, as well as the Kenon, is not prohibited. Criticism is generally a good thing

        • Peter Sh.

In your opinion, can someone write here everything that comes to mind in the format of a collection of their works, but someone cannot answer that?
But what about “Criticism is generally a good thing”?
And it is not necessary about the personality, the "boy" being discussed goes to the individual with a half-turn.

          • anonym

I think if this does not contradict the rules of Rey, he has the right to write everything he wants; his right can sometimes be gleaned and something useful. Criticism of Kenon is not only possible, but also necessary. The transition to personality is not (including our hero). The joke is stupid. I close all this topic, otherwise too much attention for one person

and I have two systems and I am very happy with Canon and Nikon :)

  • Vlad

I think that this is all nonsense, why should I persuade someone to convince something,
It’s even a little annoying when someone tries to incite the user of one or another system.
Everyone sees for himself an advantage in the system he uses!

  • Vlad

And he firmly believes that he uses the best system.

  • Ivan

Tell me, why in comparison with the shooting speed, it is not written about the Nikon d7000?
It is faster than 7100 and 7200.

  • alexis machine

Admiring the author for the enormous work done, I cannot but note a certain incompleteness of the conclusions, which the reader must do. Obviously, the same processor model has different performance in different models. What does this mean? At one time I soldered different types of minicomputers Spectrum, pk86, micro80, specialists…. and so. The processor can be made to run at different speeds by using a different clock frequency (external crystal). What does overclocking give and what does overclocking (work at a reduced frequency) give? The first is obvious - the high speed of calculations, but at the same time high power consumption, heating and the likelihood of "failures". The second, on the contrary, is stability, efficiency and gentle conditions for the processor. But slowly. So one of the readers is right, Nikon's processor starting from Exid 3 is potentially more powerful. But what does this give us ordinary photographers? General recommendations to buy cameras with processors starting with eksid 3 and djik 5.

  • alexis machine

In reality, it is impossible to compare photoprocessors in terms of performance by info from tyrnet. Secret is worse than hyperon bomb.

    • Fedor

I also thought about this, and it seems to me that such secrecy is a consequence of the complete inferiority and weakness of the processors in the cameras.. If you compare with snapdragon and mediatek from cheap Xiaomi, then these “Digik, Exped, Bionz” are generally a joke... And The use of a dual-processor circuit in top-end cameras is also a crutch “not from a good life.”

Since this is the first comment on the site, I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Arkady for the huge amount of useful and interesting information.
I admit that this site unsettled me and made me stick for hours on the next and next article.

Now on to the case. In the vastness of YouTube (yes, Arkady will forgive you for links to other resources), there are several, in my humble opinion, smart videos compared to Nikon and Canon systems (all videos are in English, but simple and understandable) and some of their professional cameras:

    The first is called:
Nikon D750 vs Canon 5Diii Epic Shootout Review | Which camera to buy? | Tutorial training
    authored by @MichaelTheMentor. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EsZtUZvoeO0
I especially recommend it for viewing, because in it, among other things, there is a test to determine the color rendering between your D750 and 5DIII more pleasant for your eyes.

    The second:
Canon vs Nikon: 2016 Edition (READ DESCRIPTION)
    URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hmne4lMa8Pc

To summarize, all systems are good, somewhere better Nikon (especially praise the revolutionary D500), somewhere Canon (it has an advantage in the lenses).

    All good shots!

  • Alexey

Thanks for the link to the reviews. In the blind skin tone test on portraits, I liked it in 10 cases out of 13 with the D750 - I was surprised. Nikon's color rendition is better, 5D3's skin tone rendition is simplified and evokes thoughts of viral hepatitis. My opinion.

    • Koba

it’s right that for some reason Nikon doesn’t put fast motors in the lenses, in most of his lenses, especially in semi-professional ones. And Canon even began to put modern very fast motors on budget cards. Just look at the Nikonovsky 55-300! Is it possible at such a speed to work with a long zoom? And then look at how the Kenon 55-250 STM works!

The most productive camera is the Canon 1DX Mark II. - in your list there is no longer she, but Nikon D850)) or I misunderstood something

    • Jury

in the table, the performance criterion is the number of pixels per second, according to this criterion, the D850 came out on top, because can make and save nine 45 megapixel frames per second (for 1 second almost a gigabyte of photos, 20 years ago, people used 600MB screws still :))

As for the speed, I'll tell you on the other hand ... On the Canon 40d, focusing occurs almost or immediately or almost immediately. I bought an 80d - it focuses more slowly - working in a reportage is not ok ... ..

    • Arkady Shapoval

The 10d-50d line after the 50d model was cut and, in fact, the 60d has already reached a lower level. Subsequent models 70d and 80d too.

  • Victor

I have been familiar with the Canon system for a long time and am the owner of two models: 350D and 5D, and I have gained experience with it with a number of complaints and complaints about image quality.
First, there is a noisy matrix: even at minimum ISO, against the background of the sky and monochromatic objects, there is always noise, unpleasant graininess of brightness noise and “dirt” in the red channel, especially noticeable in the shadows.
Secondly: sensitivity even to small overexposures, the dynamic range is small.
And thirdly: the automatic white balance often falls into a magenta hue (from which the "Canon blushes" meme went).
Recently, having downloaded, sorted by model and viewed a large number of dissimilar photos of others from both systems, I came to the disappointing conclusion: the quality of the matrices and firmware at Canon has always been worse than Nikon! :(
And the only complaints about Nikon on the Web were the following: allegedly dishonest RAW in some models, with forced non-switchable noise reduction (mostly astrophotographers complain about this); and poor skin tones in portraits. Well, and uv. Arkady often mentions swelling and peeling rubber bands on the body. But in fact, the most significant and unpleasant criticism of the Nikon system, I would name only its incompatible, long flange distance: in my opinion, this is the purest prank on the part of Nikon marketers! > :( A huge park of manual optics of other systems immediately disappears, and adapters with a lens, of course, always introduce their own distortions.
With all this, I think my next f / a will be some second-hand Nikon. Disappointed "dirty", whitish and insipid picture from the Canon. I always shoot in RAW, mainly landscapes, panoramas, occasionally macro ... - and how sometimes there is not enough wide DD, deep (albeit sometimes slightly "exaggerated", accented) colors, and pure shades of the water surface, sky and clouds - which, as it turned out, gives Nikon. :(

    • Novel

Your cameras are 13 years old. Naturally, the matrices are lagging behind noise and DD. Try something newer.

Regarding overexposures - digital photography, unlike film, always experiences overexposure poorly, so it's better to underexpose a little and pull out details from the shadows. This is a fundamental limitation.

Regarding the claims to the Nikon F mount - it is 60 years old this year, anniversary. Hardly any of the marketers then planned at all that he would live to such a venerable age.

Some strange claims. Some almost feel the physiological pleasure of 5D colors, while others have a whitish and fresh picture. Vibrance / Saturation twist or something when developing Raw.

And it depends on what to shoot) From the boot "sticks" are mainly portraitists. And the “whitish and insipid” picture of Canon, not only because of the matrix, as I understand it, here the lenses also contribute. It is possible to correct in RAW, but difficult. Details suffer from the Vibrance / Saturation wrapping. From a soft picture, you have to wind up Clarity. Everything is fixable, but I liked to shoot landscapes with Nikon. Easier faster, fewer adjustments.

Victor, you have cameras as you can say “for the soul”.
Lend to shoot 5D_Mk4 or EOS R. I am sure, rate these cameras positively. Most of the voiced claims will fall off by themselves.

Here, IMHO, a slightly different case, and your recommendations may not help. The man clearly outlined the priorities: "deep (albeit sometimes slightly" exaggerated ", accented) colors, and pure shades. That is, in simple terms, you want a picture “like in a magazine”; All amateur photo sites are now packed to capacity with such pictures, completely devoid of the author's individuality. Here, indeed, the system needs to be changed ...

I think I figured out what is the reason for the "dirty" image of all Canon's in daylight: it turns out that they have an unbalanced RGB channel, tuned exclusively for portraits in various lighting conditions. Here's comprehensive information on this issue: https://www.libraw.su/articles/digicam-white-balance-problems.html
In the same place, the solution is described - in daylight, apply a magenta filter. I found some cheap fluorescent (FLD) filter lying around, designed for shooting under fluorescent lamps, suffering from an excess of EXTREMELY green, screwed it onto my first-timer, and ... - it turned out Nikon! : D At least, the noise in the red channel has really decreased noticeably, however, at the cost of increasing the exposure by a stop or two.
By the way, this is also an answer to questions about the reasons for Nikonov's supposedly bad skin tone and “blue” - a completely different channel balance (or rather, a different ratio of Bayer filter densities on the matrix) providing a low noise level in daylight.
Another reason for the weakness of the red channel is some kind of bluish filter in the anti-aliasing (AA) filter installed in front of the matrix, which cuts off the IR and a noticeable fraction of the red part of the visible spectrum. Some information on this is here: https://habr.com/ru/post/408507/ And if everything is clear with IR, then why cut the red one ?! > :(

Boyarin, with all due respect, but you are not an engineer, and, be weasel, do not write this - “using a battery pack or a power adapter, which can provide more electricity, from which the camera can shoot faster.” “More electricity” is not a terminology, don't get it. The point there is different. Nikon traditionally, from the film times, feeds the shutter and mirror drive motor directly from batteries / accumulators, without any stabilizers, considering that it is easier and cheaper. So when the battery voltage is low, the motor rotation speed is lower, and therefore the shutter cocking speed decreases. When using an external power supply unit, it is possible to supply the motor with up to 14 Volts (D2Xs), while obtaining a significant increase in the motor speed and a decrease in the shutter cocking time. In general, this engine is operational even at one volt - I personally checked it, but such a voltage on it when the camera is operating is, of course, impossible :) But Kenon always used DC-DC converters to power all electronics and electromechanics, and therefore the motor speeds and response times other electromechanics do not depend on the voltage of batteries / accumulators.

At Kenon, noises are masked in white, at Nikon in black ……… ..
The hardest part in color photography and in color television and cinema is getting black.
    These are two facts.
I am not a photographer and not even an amateur photographer yet ……….
But it seemed to me that when noise appears in the photo ... ..then they start to wash the picture
On Kenon in light colors and on Nikon in dark.
And I have a question, did it seem to me, or is that so?
