    3700 $ At the rate of 25 = ~ 100000 UAH
    We disagree tovarschi !!!

    • Dmitry Dunyak

      Battle of the pixels! Fight!

  • Dmitriy

I understand that between 750d and 760d a whole class of cameras? It turns out that the 760th is the heir of the 70th? ..

    • Dmitriy

Although no, rather, something in between. We have something unique - the first amateur low-end device with an additional LCD display since the mid-2000s.

    • Wagif

No, the 70D is superior to the 760D in a number of ways, such as speed, focus sensors, etc. Yes, and this top screen looks like a mockery compared to older models

      • Dmitriy

Well, the fact that the top screen is back is good in itself.

        • ASH

In the XXXD lineup, this happened for the first time after the 350D! But there is extra. The screen was located above the main display.

  • Yarkiya

Well, 36 megapixel Nikon spat, now it’s the turn of the canon. Although the joke is that if you leave the size and density of pixels as on the Nikon D7100 and extend it all to the full frame, then it will turn out more than 50 megapixels. In other words, it's 7100 with a full frame, which in general is not so bad.

    • Alexey

you forget about the SIZE of the matrix and the SIZE of the lens to resolve it.
As you know, almost any lens perfectly resolves the center. the larger the area you need to make a lens for uniform resolution of a larger matrix, the more difficult it is to do.
therefore, even small lenses do a good job of super-fine pixel twice crop.
quite a few lenses work well with a 16MP crop, but much less - with a 36MP FF (practically the same pixel). Few lenses normally resolve a 24MP crop.
to resolve 50 megapixels over the area of the FF matrix, you need to carefully select the lenses. the requirements are much higher than those voiced by nikon in the list of lenses capable of resolving it with 36 megapixels.

      • andrei2911

The funny thing is that even the 36MP Nikon D800E does not fully resolve more than one glass. According to the DxO Mark tests, the Zeiss Distagon T * Otus 1.4 / 55 ZF.2 shows the best resolution. It is equal, ATTENTION - 33 (thirty three) megapixels. So it goes… :)

        • Grandfather

Marketers need to ban DxO Mark and all things :)

          • andrei2911

Can you give an example of the "nonsense" allegedly written by DxO Mark? Or are you so - just to blurt out?

            • Alexander

I think a person cannot substantiate this. He just wants to believe in something :) Sun 'just :)

        • Eugene

          Carl Zeiss Apo Sonnar T * 2/135 ZF.2 DxO resolves all 36MP

  • Rr

    epic fail :(

  • Grandfather Fedor

    I repeat:
when I read about 50MP 5DS and 5DSR fluently, I thought that this marking was an analogy with Sony ILCE-7S (more sensitive) and Sony ILCE-7R (with higher resolution), which I was very glad about, and then I was upset, realizing that I was mistaken. I wish Canon also had an “argument” in favor of sensitivity.
There is an article “Battle of megapixels. Thoughts from Radozhiva ”there is no need to talk about the battle of ISO sensitivity yet, but the question arises: is there a limit to the demanded ISO value, provided there is no noise. As megapixels increase, the file size grows and, accordingly, the power of the "equipment" that "processes" these files should increase.
Maybe I don’t know and don’t understand something, but it’s surprising that there is no function to increase the ISO by four times due to the use of 4 pixels as one, with a four-fold decrease in resolution.
To be honest, I was very surprised by the lack of Wi-Fi in the EOS 5Ds and EOS 5Dsr cameras, while the “younger” novelties have this tool.

    • Alexey

Kenon will release the new Mark 4 in 2015 at 22MP-24MP. the new 50MP is NOT a replacement for the Mark 3.
these are new cameras for the professional segment of the market - studios, professional landscape painters and for the subject.
there is light everywhere - stage and / or tripod, high ISO is simply not necessary.

      • Grandfather Fedor

Aleksey, having read some of your answers below, I agree that with 5ds “the kenonists got (finally!) What they have been asking for a long time”, although I didn’t mind before. About studio light and tripod is also true. I express my personal indignation at the lack of "working" high ISO values. And also the absence of, say, a kind of "sensitivity race" from the manufacturers of cameras (sensors for them). Well, it seems to me that at the expense of the resolution, if necessary, it would be possible to programmatically implement the "focus with a pixel 2 * 2" I described above.

        • Alexey

I don’t think that everything is so simple.
the market today is oversaturated with supply. the alphabet of marketing - you need to make the most specialized products for each significant segment.
          so did Sony - series 7. so did kenon - 6D / Mark3-Mark4 / 5DS and 5DSR.
Nikon did not do this - he still does not have a replacement for the D700 - and lost part of the market.

5DS and 5DSR - they do not need pixel combining technology because this is not the market segment where high ISO is needed.

    • Lynx

Rav with 50 mGpks Wi-Fi swell to forward.
Therefore, they removed it so as not to overload the system with uselessness.
and "for the sake of control from the tablet" - who needs to buy an external external.

      • Ivan

Original external devices can cost a lot of money. I do not know how much my 6D canon is for 1600 dollars. It became more expensive due to the GPS module and Wi-Fi, but I am pleased that I immediately have and do not bother with buying.
Regarding the feasibility of Wi-Fi, I can note that the eos remote program allows you to send a small jpg file to a mobile phone, for example, if a person wants to immediately publish a photo in instagram or other social services. network, forward by mail. You may not need this. Fine. And someone needs it.
In addition, this program allows you to use the phone to release the shutter. To connect, use Wi-Fi. Someone does not need. But someone does not hurt. And this camera is much cheaper than 5DS.

  • Igor

Just one question - why? For printing, viewing on a monitor and comfortable cropping, 20-30 MP is already more than enough. 50 MP is needed only for printing huge posters, but firstly, this is a very narrow segment of consumers, and secondly, with large poster areas, detail is not important and the difference between 30 and 50 MP will not be visible.

But there are much more minuses.

    1. Higher pixel density and increased chance of blurring the photo. It will be difficult to achieve sharpness.

    2. Need a lot of space on the memory card and hard drive for storing RAVs.

    3. Few people will be looking at a computer, storing and publishing photos in full size, but all the same, after compression there will be loss in quality.

  • Alexander

Relatively 30 megapixels. Nikon many Kenonists were indignant, they say this is superfluous, and so on. For now they already say that it’s cool, detailing, cropping, etc. :))))) Fanboyism is a terrible thing.

    • Alexey

Relatively 30 megapixels. Nikon many Kenonists were indignant, they say this is superfluous, and so on. For now they already say that it’s cool, detailing, cropping, etc. :))))) Fanboyism is a terrible thing.
      ==============================================
      you are talking nonsense.
pro canonists were forced to buy nikons and then Sony's BZ to get 36MP - those who really need 36MP FOR WORK.
not all reduce web-only snapshots! :))))))))))
now such kenonists have received (finally!) what they have long requested.

and of course the new 50MP (and Nikon 36MP) no place UNIVERSAL CAMERAS.
      universal - these are D610, D750, 6D, Grades 2-3.
Fanboyism has absolutely nothing to do with it.

      • Alexander

Did I mention the pro segment? or any user segment? I wrote that there were enough such people and they met on almost every resource.

        • Alexey

those who do not understand are indignant. like a monkey from Krylov's fable about glasses.
and those who did not understand that Nikon's D800 (e) / D810 is not a universal camera at all, a camera not for amateurs.
This is a good studio-landscape-subject camera. that is, severely limited in use. See Nikon's presentation :)
laughter was caused by attempts by Nikonists to make universal from 8xxx cameras, their creepy color and lots of micro-lubricants. which led to ruthless downsizing and tinting, as well as converting images to b / w.
Nikon still has no replacement for the D700 and the full analogue of Mark 3.

  • Alexander

Pixel, not pixel, but miracles do not happen. Noises will mushroom after rain. In Jpeg, the processor will crush due to the large number of megapixels, sacrificing detail, which will only be with sufficient light, and in Rava, with a lack of light, there will be a mess. You will also have to use it with top-end lenses… 50Mpix…. In Nikon, “marketers” are not doing THAT… Soon we will reach 100Mpix and FF will turn into a “soap box” with porridge instead of images and wild noises. Everything has a REASONABLE LIMIT. Well, where are the cameras that allow you to shoot at 6400 and higher, like at 100 ISO? Where is the breakthrough ??? .. After all, both Nikon and Canon can!

    • Alexey

    • Eugene

will not turn into 160 megapixels!
      here goes:
      http://www.dpreview.com/previews/olympus-om-d-e-m5-ii/4
consider the matrix is 4 times smaller in area than the FF

  • Yarkiya

Hmm, seagate and Western digital are happily rubbing hands in anticipation of new hard drive sales on xxx terrabytes.

  • drq12

They promised a better color rendition than all previous canon cameras, if this is another legendary nickel.

  • Konstantin

In my opinion, 50mp. more a marketing move than improving consumer qualities; perhaps an attempt to give acceleration to the development of optical systems, peripherals, and computer technology.

  • Madness scif

headquarters ????? WAITING for nikon d4X)))

  • zengarden

Yes, all marketing, megapixels decide. Designed for the rich, but not too picky.
For professional printing there is a middle frame. Prices there are different, but this is another reality. And to shove so many mp in APS-H, as mentioned above, it makes no sense, because the corresponding resolution optics do not even exist. Or put lenses ten times more expensive than the camera itself.

I want a full-frame digital SLR no more than 24 megapixels :) or better 16-18

    • Grandfather Fedor

The main advantage of the medium format is the resolution of images, and it, this advantage is defiled.
The difference in aspect ratio is a difference, not an advantage.
But the full frame is full of bright optics for any pocket, and also specific Tilt-shifts, the latter, however, can be done on the same Hasselblad H5D-50C, the carcass of which costs one and a half million Russian ones, using ebey "adapters" for 13 thousand in the same currency (if someone used them for the medium format, please write down about their quality and convenience, in all seriousness it is interesting to know).

    • Bkrg

      D600 - 24MP

    • Denis

      And where does the APS-H?

  • Neofot

Yes, they (Nikon and Canon) would have already blown up each other. And then their competition is already taking on ugly and absurd features :))) What the fans of canon cursed Nikon d800 for is 36 mp. But now canon has 50 !!! What will they say NOW ??? A sane and logical question: "why?" in this crazy marketing chase, no one is interested.
What is the benefit to us sinners? Maybe d 800 will become cheaper ... .. although there is little hope.

    • Alexander

They will say that it is cool! They already say :) I wrote about this a little higher.

    • = MK =

I love talking, but I didn’t make a difference, but especially the camera was used for the robot and it’s not so stupid and important Kenon Chi Naikon, 18MP Chi 22, at 10 I got it at a maximum of 1600.

  • Sashko D3s

Even I feel somehow awkward with my 12-megapixel Nikon D3s :(

    • Yarkiya

It's time to rename Sashko Pyatimarkovich :)))

      • Sashko D3s

Yes, I’m already thinking about it :) After all, now to be an alpha male you need to have at least 50 megapixels.

    • Alexey

as soon as you understand that for reporting and for studio work, for a subject and for landscapes, different requirements are put forward and therefore different tools are needed for an optimal result, it will immediately become easier for you :)

Does the concept of a medium format with its 50MP say something to you? And it has been on the market for a long time.
if there is no glimpse - use Google, you will learn a lot! :)

and if you know that 50MP is not news in the photo business, then imagine that Kenon plans to compete with new cameras with a medium format and not with your alpha male complexes! )))))))))

    • Grandfather

Bilya, I looked at my D700, showed the middle finger to the Market Ulog and finally realized that the Boot also wants to eat :)

    • anonym

The main thing is not 12 cm! You can’t stretch it in Photoshop already!

  • anonym

nothing particularly revolutionary if the characteristics are considered correct in the camera….

    • Alexey

besides that kenonists got a tool comparable to the medium format in terms of resolution? for many pros, this is a revolution in fashion photography, studio work, because you can use kenon optics at a much lower cost than the average format.
Nikon was never able to solve the bandwidth issue in D8xx and uses signal compression with color loss there.
if kenon solved this problem, and even retained the corporate color, this is a revolution in the segment of professional cameras.

  • Eugene

Get ready for a psychological mark of 160 megapixels and without lowering the diffraction threshold.
    http://www.dpreview.com/previews/olympus-om-d-e-m5-ii/4
oliks don’t have FF, but if you take into account the crop of the 4/3 system for fF, then it will turn out

  • Lynx

    do not care.

  • Alexey

maybe it is worth pointing out in the announcement that 5DS and 5DSR - Kenon POSITIONING HOW TO COMPETE TO THE MEDIUM FORMAT?

5DS and 5DSR - DO NOT REPLACE 5DM3! These are cameras for the pros who need 50MP and who don't want to invest in medium format where there are these same 50MP for a long time.

roughly speaking, from the fact that Honda did something like Diablo Lamborghini but a little cheaper, to buyers of Lada (Crop), Honda Civic or Toyota King (initial FF type 6D or D600 / D610) and even Honda chords or Toyota Camry (FF type D750 / Mark 3) absolutely not cold and not hot! :)
This product is not for them, they do not have tasks that would require such solutions :)))))

    • Igor

Yes, a camera for a very narrow segment of consumers. But I am sure that in half a year it will be with a whole crowd of “profFeSSionALL”, which will be divided into two camps:

      1. Super-duper power 50MP, and you all have gov * but !!!

      2. This is not a camera, but shit * but! The frames are not sharp, it takes a long time to process, there is nowhere to store it, after resizing the picture sucks, Kenon with her 50MP poop, Nikon with 36MP a little less poop, but still sucks!

      • Alexey

Well, even here, in the comments, people consider the puxels as a gradation for being an alpha male :))))))
if people use the tool for other purposes, who is the doctor ???
Nikon is complicated, there simply isn’t any universal professional FF camera. therefore, people are forced to either put up with a castrated defective D750 or suffer from a studio D8xx.

Kenonists were lucky. they have a clear line of ff cameras
        - 6D
        - M3 waiting for M4
        - new 50MP cameras.
for all occasions, for any tasks and any budget.

        • Grandfather Fedor

          +100500 you in karma !!!!
more precisely and in short not to say.
          Discussion is closed. :)

        • Alexander

You are a typical kenon fanboy. “Clear” 6D :))) But Nikon is doing badly, and all the poor fellows suffer :)))

          • Alexey

at a price of $ 1200, the 6D camera fully meets the requirements of the entry-level amateur camera segment.
            it has already been discontinued.
or for $ 1200 you can buy something better from the new FF?
among other things, on the 6D, the focusing screen changes in 2 minutes, after which you can work with manual lenses with great comfort.
OVI - noticeably lighter than on Nikon D610.
old Nikon lenses can also be used. you can put magic lantern - there is no such thing on nikon.
you can accurately adjust the zooms at two points - who worked, knows what it is. this is not on nikon.
silent mode - really quiet. unlike nikon.

            you need better than 6D - there is a Mark 3 for $ 2300.
you need 50MP - there are new cameras.

Nikon has NO. or the initial D610, or neutered D750 or studio D810.
universal camera - the successor of D700 - NO ... alas!

            • Alexander

After reading the “paragraph” about the JVI, I didn't even bother to read any further :)) Good luck to you, Alexey :)

              • Lynx

Well, what are you doing with the baby?

        • Yarkiya

Yeah, Alexei, somehow you parted in earnest, aren't you the chief designer of this masterpiece?

        • D750 Cool!

Can you hold it in your hands for a start, and then draw conclusions from a guy?
The D750 is the best all-round full-frame camera. 5d3 and not lying around ...

          • Sashko D3s

I support "in crabs" I support, many on this site write, oh no, APPLY ABOUT the superiority or shortcomings of any technique, NOT EVEN HOLDING IT IN HANDS, and even more so without taking pictures on it. You need to try everything, and maybe 50 megapixels will not turn out to be so bad, especially for landscapes and portraits with further printing on canvas in a gallery stretch of 2 * 3 meters in size. Moreover, if you consider that this camera is not worth like its medium-format brothers at $ 20-30.000, then this is a quite good camera, albeit narrowly narrowly specialized. For our people with our mentality, give a camera with which you can shoot selfies, gatherings in a cafe, weddings, a studio, a subject for drains, and landscapes on a billboard, and so that all this can be done by ONE camera, with ONE lens, and so that such a set does not cost more than 1000 dollars :)

  • Sergei

Nikon will have an anniversary in 2017 - 100 years, I think there will be a 100 megapixel camera by the end of next year!

    • anonym

Will be 70-80 MP, but with a medium format sensor ...

  • Grandfather

Buuu-ga-gaa !!!)))))))))))))) The boot sat on the tail of Nikon!
    I want 150 megapuxels :)

  • Dmitriy

And then they tried it already, and posted a photo from it

    http://www.kenrockwell.com/canon/5ds.htm

  • Lef

megapixels, megapixels. but I want high sensitivity. and not to me alone, by the way. but marketing still insists that everyone needs permission, and more.

    • Alexander

      +1

    • Grandfather Fedor

      +1

    • Sashko D3s

Lef, if you want high sensitivity, then Nikon D3s can help you :) A workable tolerable ISO 12.800 is guaranteed to you.

      • Eugene

D750 is the same, I’m not overjoyed! )))
Reporting in the dusk or on the Epiphany night with laying out immediately via WiFi.

  • anonym

    Brain explosion.

  • Andrei

None of you will buy it for yourself, there are several reasons:
    1) price
    2) the price of the new macpro
    3) price of 4k ips-h monitor
Better buy an apartment and do not worry.

    • Alexey

a new poppy with a new 5K IPS monitor we sell for about 2300 dollars. not super expensive.
new canons will cost about $ 4000, i.e. not much more than the M3 at launch.
Of course, people are discussing more, many even haven’t just switched to FF.
Pros will buy a camera. if needed. the price is deducted from taxes, so it is not critical.
Who needs 50MP for a project - he will take a camera at the box office along with an otus and write off the costs too.
For the home, this technique is simply not needed. This is the main reason NOT to buy these new canons. IMHO :)))))))))))

      • anonym

“Such equipment is simply not needed at home.” But I want to have such an appreciation, isn't it, Alexey?)

    • Igor

Why is this popular miracle macpro? A computer with 8 Gigabytes of RAM, 4-8 cores and vidyahy level Radeon R9 285 IceQ X2 with a resolution of 4096 × 2160 will cost up to 1000 USD + 27 ″ Dell P2715Q monitor another 1000 USD. All in all, we have a powerful workstation that can be upgraded.

      • Alexander

So I also just wanted to ask about it.

      • Andrei

Only one monitor will cost you $ 1500-3000 (cheap ips-a monitors do not work for serious color correction), plus a calibrator from $ 400 is a budget option, well, a computer if it is also $ 1200 on Windows. In Ukraine, the camera will cost $ 4000 +.
Such a set can afford a man making money on very profitable advertising projects. Typically, these are publishers hiring photografs and providing them with equipment. Or an amateur unlimited in funds, but their units. This I have not considered a set of necessary optics and accessories.
Well, now translate all this into the currency of the country in which you live and understand that what you already have is very comfortable for you as an amateur or a photographer.
