The second reason is the cheapest full-format mirrorless camera, and therefore - yes, the financial issue plays a role here. I have no desire to buy a cropped camera, even if it is a super-fuji. The crop eats up the lens pattern.
If the site had not been fettered financially, then one could have looked at Sony a7R, Sony a7 II (recently released), LEICA M typ 240, or M9, you can only dream of the latter. I do not consider Sony a7s as high ISOs for reviews are not particularly interesting.
