Once again, it has been personally proved that Soviet optics was not very bad. As an example: one friend rushed to Moscow and in a lump came Hasselblad with Planar. Since the Wave and Planar mounts are identical, he carried out the takes in absolutely similar conditions. Brought to "check it out". After a thoughtful and thorough analysis of the 50 X 50 cm images, the verdict was passed unanimously. The back of the photo read Wave. Maybe the Planar is humped, maybe the Wave was adjusted separately at the Odessa Film Studio, but my personal opinion is that the Wave is an outstanding lens.
